Does anyone think this is a fair way for Australians to qualify to events? 🙃Like if it’s not bad enough the admins and the enemies reject server locations that at the very least add 20 ping to our opponents to make it more even 😅

@FACEIT_Darwin @z0id_csgo @FACEITcs @FACEIT This button has never worked, I literally did that every day for 2 weeks and they’re still not banned, if you check the ticket all the evidence is there, one my last game against them had another different player on the account again (a different booster)

That looks like a smurf report; you don’t need to submit tickets for those anymore. Just use the three dots on their profile, and it’ll create one automatically on our end. Tickets are only needed for griefing/toxicity, etc. Does that make sense/feel clearer? Do you think that needs to be clearer on our end?

I just checked, and this user was never reported via a ticket. If they had been, they would’ve been banned already. I can deal with them now, but please get into a habit of whacking these people into a ticket, especially for cases like this, where they deserve a lengthy ban.
