I do them from scratch! Took a few tries to get it right. I was having trouble with the tempering so I joined a Facebook group for candy making and this old lady called me and walked me through tempering 🥹 You just get it to temp and drop a small amount into a glass of water then pull it out with a soon and test the consistency. Once it's perfect you pull it off the heat and pour immediately with a cold towel from the freezer under the cookie sheet. Nancy nailed it! 🙏
