First live at bats of the season sitting 87-89 and topping 90. I’ve had a great offseason working with @GregerThanYou at @HP_Training!

Spending a lot of time in the weight room this offseason and got 405 x 5 doing box squats. Trying to get even more explosive off the mound

Subbed for a friend’s fall ball team yesterday and went 3 innings with 6 strikeouts giving up 1 hit and 0 runs. Mixed in a curveball and changeup with my two fastballs that sat 87-88 mph.

pitched 3 innings over the weekend for the first time in 2 months had 6K’s, 0 BB, 0 H. FB, 81-83 Splitter, 70-72

Had a great bullpen with @CoachRojas22MRT @Bees17u. Starting to feel really confident about adding the changeup to my arsenal.
