Amanda Gorman
Amanda Gorman@TheAmandaGorman·
Four years ago I wrote my inaugural poem The Hill We Climb. Both when I wrote it and performed it, I did so while continuously reflecting on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr and Coretta Scott King’s legacy. I was (and am) blown away by how my words reverberated around the world; if anything, it proved to me that we honor King’s dream, by daring to dream big, and by, most importantly, daring to dream together. Only then will the loving fantasies of our better nature transform into reality. The work and fight for the dream persists, and what’s more, it is not just a fight, but fate—that perhaps we are as destined for this time as it is destined for us. What a worthwhile, powerful calling only we can answer. Here with you in the hill and the climb, and whatever light lies beyond, whatever light lies within. -Amanda

I come here once a week or so, just to look at the burned house that once was Twitter. And I see a lot of people I followed and admired still actively posting here. Why? Have you never reached that point where you realised you’re on a fascist network now?

Is it coincidence that “Grok” uses the Deutsche Bank Logo?

Republicans let Trump add incompetent idiots to replace high government posts, dismantling the US government’s functionality – a recipe for disaster. Why are Republicans so eager to destruct the US government? It’s the only path to their survival, for the rich to stay in power.

If Trump and his minions are permitted to grab power on January 20, I will call the US government “the regime” from that day on. You’ll soon see how apt that term will be.

There is no such thing as AI-produced “generative design”. There’s only “generative depiction”, at best. Design requires a process of thinking, analysing, concluding and combining, generative AI models (LLMs, GPTs) do not possess. They can mimic results, but they cannot create.

Where are they standing in the investigations of election fraud in the 2024 presidential, congress and senate elections?

History will later show, Democrats didn’t understand that their passive acceptance of the elections, manipulated by the Republicans, enabled their fascist fantasies, which ultimately led to the end of the United States of America.

By the way: “Project 2025” is now renamed “America First”. It’s an old marketing trick of rebranding, after Project 2025 was tainted in the media as radical and dangerous. In America, when you say: “America First” – who is against that? This is how populism and fascism wins.

I think it's very possible the number of @NotionMail users eventually surpasses @NotionHQ users. It's unlike any other mail option out there. 🤯

Are they looking into the votes purging weeks before the ballot? Are searching for the votes that never arrived, disappeared by postal workers? Are they looking into the postal service? Are they investigating the machines that showed a registered vote, but it never registered?

@derekryansound Too many things happening visually here. The worst form UI for phone numbers or passwords is, you copy your number from somewhere else and return, trying to paste it into the form, only to realise it does not let you do that.

Republicans are a shrinking minority. They know that they need to populate their voter base, preferably with uneducated people (easier to manipulate). Eliminating the Department of Education makes sense, because this ensures people without wealth have no access to education.
