@DMorph @PeterYoveech @Xfinity @XfinitySupport Same here. Adams Point / Grand Lake, no internet since 8am, getting a credit, was also told it’s an issue with a wire. Several merchants are unable to process credit cards.

@PeterYoveech @Xfinity @XfinitySupport I'm near Lake Merritt and I've been offline since ~8am ish. Chat support wasn't much help with an ETA, but they did give me a $70 credit when I demanded it. Least they could do, IMO. Apparently it's a downed wire? Not sure how much I believe that.
