@reallygraceful @_whitneywebb It’s called a literary device. Have you ever heard someone say ‘that person has demons,’ meaning they have bad habits? Do you assume that means they’re literally possessed. This is moronic.

Thank you so much to all of you who prayed and who have checked in with me to ask how the scan went. Sad to say, it didn’t go as I hoped. They did find a small spot on my lung that they are telling me to assume is cancer because it likely is. I will confess, spent a few days during the Christmas/New Year’s break feeling pretty down and tearful and had a tough time getting out of bed. But my God is still on his throne, and everything He ordains for me is for my good. My oncologists have encouraged me not to panic, because if it is just the one, we will get it removed, and they are assuring me that all Stage Four is not the same and I can still reach long-term remission, so that’s what we’re praying for! And there is still a small chance that it is not cancer but something else, so that’s our top prayer! Living the life of a Christian doesn’t mean you don’t have hard days or that news like this won’t cause you to spend a few days curled up like Elijah. And praise him for passages where he shows his great patience with our weakness. He assures us that he is close to us when we are brokenhearted and crushed in spirit (Ps 34). But it does mean that you wrestle through it with the Lord. And you take these disappointments and fears to him, the great physician, knowing that he is ultimately the only one who can heal spiritually, emotionally, and physically. And sometimes these are the ways he grows your strength because your spiritual disciplines become much more vital when you have to fight for them through doubt and fear. The passage I’m particularly meditating on right now: “Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.” -2 Corinthians 4:16-18 So just wanted to give that update to those of you who asked and thank you for your prayers, I continue to covet them. (also, if you think you are not a dog person, let me just tell you, get cancer and then have this thing with a big fuzzy head in your house that somehow always seems to know right when you need him to come lay it on your chest, and that will change your feelings. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.)

Why the Somali fraud wasn't called out by more Minnesotans is clear. They're black immigrants, and critics don't want to be called racist. As a son of African immigrants, I'll say: Some cultures are incompatible. Immigrants who won't choose American culture shouldn't be here.

🚨#BREAKING: The man stabbed in the chest by an illegal alien on the train in Charlotte NC, Kenyon Dobie, is in critical condition with a tube in his chest, pumping blood out of his lungs. According to authorities, Dobie was the only person who stood up and told the drunk illegal to stop screaming at riders, including an elderly woman on the train. For his efforts, he was knifed in the chest. "I guess it’s better off that it happened to me and not an older person. I wasn’t trying to be a macho man, but what I won’t allow is you to attack random people for no reason, especially the elderly..."

This is an example of why holding our elected officials accountable matters. Over 2.5. million dollars for a homelessness program with zero measureable outcomes and a mother and child deceased. Yet, when the death of Iyrna Zarutska happened the first thing said by Mayor Vi Lyles was "we need more funding" for homelessness services. Let's be transparent, not one city council member investigated to find out why this program failed and folded after less than a year. To date, myself, along with 2 witnesses on a 3 way call, spoke to the hotel owner, and inquired about why the program failed and what lead to the deaths of Shannon and Hylan. I gathered documentation, spoke with residents and after some back and forth with Councilman James Mitchell, he left a voicemail on my phone stating that enough concern had been raised that the program would be audited. Hylan should be alive today. Hylan who was one year old, died alone in a hotel room with his mother's body, from dehydration, days after his mom passed away. Shannon was a resident participant enrolled in Heal Charlotte's Program when she and Hylan passed away. I have secured documentation from the owner of the Baymont Hotel and presented that documentation to the city council that confirms that fact. Heal Charlotte did not provide any documentation or case management notes to the city council detailing a transition plan for program residents. Shannon's and Haylan's bodies were not discovered until weeks after Cedric Dean took over the lease at the Baymont Motel. Cedric Dean did not purchase Heal Charlotte's program, he took over the lease and paid the residents abandoned by Heal Charlotte to relocate and he relocated others. The last time Sharon was seen by Baymont Motel staff was on April 15th., 2025 and the last time she purchased food was on April 28th. 2025. Those dates create a timeline for Shannon's death. According to the autopsy report, Shannon died from hypertension and obesity. Hylan died from dehydration. Both bodies were in advanced stages of decomposition (according to the autopsy report weeks to months) when discoverd in June. This program was not only a waste of $2.5 million dollars in tax payer funding, but a failure that resulted in the death of a child. I have requested the assistance of state officials to hold those responsible for Haylan's death accountable. I will continue unapologetically to be a voice for children. @NCStateAuditor @triciacotham @NCAuditorBoliek @AGPamBondi wcnc.com/article/money/…

@AshFarms I recommend starting with the gospel of John as I am sure many others will recommend as well. When you’re ready there are many apps that provide daily reading plans to read the entire Bible in one year.

If you've been following, you know about my quest to learn about Jesus. We realized we didn't have a Bible and today it arrived. Thankfully, it did not spontaneously combust when I touched it - so we've got that going for us. Where should we start? I think we are going to read a section every evening, we get up at 4:45 and the morning is already rushed. I know the Jesus part is in the second half, but it's going to take a long time to read the whole book. So what is a good starting point? Thank you all for all of the support. It's weird talking about real life on here and not just being completely obnoxious (love you, my boomers). I'm finding a way to still be me and explore this without guilt and shame. Thanks to those of you who have supported that.

Yesterday, while looking into @canonpress offer to buy @CTmagazine, I discovered a grant from major abortion funder, the Hewlett foundation. When I started digging deeper, it turns out that CT has taken much more than one grant. They have taken more than $1 million from the second largest funder of Planned Parenthood in the country—an organization that massively promotes abortion and transgender ideology. Interestingly, the grant started a few months after Russell Moore‘s arrival at CT. Secular left-wing money seems to follow him wherever he goes. It is no secret that many Christians believe that Christianity Today has been compromised by leftism. But this is something even I would never have expected, especially given that, their news editor, (and soon to be editor-in-chief) @MarvinOlasky once made his name exposing the funding that Sojourners was taking from George Soros. Now, his own employer is engaging in something orders of magnitude worse. Story linked below.

This is interesting, in looking into Christianity Today's financials, I found that the mag is now taking money from the Hewlett Foundation (a MAJOR supporter of Planned Parenthood) to cover US elections. Seems like it would be much better to have Billy Graham's publication housed with a company like @canonpress that doesn't take $$$ from abortion promoters.

For an entire year, I was cyberstalked, harassed, and doxxed. The reason? I politely asked someone not to attack people in my comments. I took it to the magistrate to press charges. There I discovered the person stalking me had been taken to court numerous times for cyberstalking. I was told they would probably get away with it again - and if I went forward with pressing charges, they’d have even more access to my personal information. So I went to Raleigh to advocate for better cyberstalking laws. One of the reps I spoke to was Rep. Neal Jackson. He heard me out. And then he prayed for me. 🙏🏼 I bumped into Rep Jackson this weekend. Sadly, I didn’t get the chance to interview him. But he knew exactly who I was. He shook my hand. And he let me know that he’s going to get these laws updated to help protect NC citizens from being terrorized. He’s a NC warrior. Y’all give him a follow and tell him the NC Queen sends her love. ❤️
