@Allstate infuriating interaction with Allstate Agent…spent over an hour trying to simply add a car to my policy…chat agent dropped twice and third agent said that no updates had been added to my account…didn’t feel like I was in good hands😡

@Allstate @AllstatePP Absolute ridiculous interaction with Allstate support…spent over an hour trying to add a new car to my policy…chat agent disappeared twice …foolishly tried a 3rd time and the agent had no info. … said he couldn't tell me if the new car had been added😠

@XfinitySupport Super Frustrating 2+ hour interaction with support -No result. Persistent Upstream signal failure. Two modems, including both Xfinity & Netgear CM3000 - same issue! I need a tech.dispatched to check signal levels at tap and drop. 2 hours - no appt. confirmed!
