Also, your husband was not a US citizen when this allegedly happened… George became a US citizen on March 22, 2025. So how was he allegedly in possession of a firearm and carrying one at the time of his alleged arrest for DUI on 8/10/2023 if he wasn’t a US citizen? Did he disclose this on his citizenship application? He would have had to report this alleged crime to the US Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS). Otherwise, it’s grounds for denaturalization and deportation.
