I feel like they are headed toward @FlyFrontier levels of service, which is ridiculous. Lounges help, as does early boarding, but for total experience, I am infinitely happier on @Delta than @SouthwestAir

@coskier @SouthwestAir @united @Delta SW keeps me only because I have always been able to use my free upgrades and board first, which does make a world of difference. I just stock up on food/drinks at the Centurion lounge in DEN before leaving, and expect little else on the flight lol
