✈️Has anyone requested a refund after an airline canceled your flight due to the COVID-19 crisis? If so, what has been your experience?

@British_Airways flight cancelled, travel within 72hrs, cannot get thru on ph no despite trying various times of day, to request a cash/cc refund, don’t want a travel voucher. Advice?
