I built CourtWatch.us — a free public database for American citizens who deserve safer communities. You can track which judges released defendants who then got rearrested, skipped court, or violated their release conditions. All public records. All free. I started with Orange County FL and will be expanding to all 67 Florida counties and eventually every state in the country. This first batch of info is from 2024 and since public reports are released in March/April for the previous year, data is behind. But I wanted to see if this is plausible. Conservatives generally defend Voter ID laws by insisting that all voters will be able to figure out how to get a valid ID, so the law won't disenfranchise anyone. But the truth is that a certain small percentage of voters actually won't be able to figure it out, which means that a certain percentage will be defacto disenfranchised. And that is all the MORE reason to put these laws in place. If you're so dumb, befuddled, and incompetent that you can't manage to perform such a basic task, then you are not qualified to vote. You don't deserve to have a say over the direction of the country. Stay home and let the competent adults handle it.

RE: Don Lemon So Democrats are screeching that Don Lemon is being persecuted in violation of his First Amendment rights as a journalist. At times like this, I like to flip the facts of the scenario ideologically while leaving the legal facts the same, and see if the argument still holds up. So here goes. Let’s pretend Kamala won the 2024 election. Let’s further pretend that there is a mosque in a deep, deep red Oklahoma county, and that mosque’s imam is suspected of being a Muslim Brotherhood leader. Let’s further pretend that the Proud Boys and the Oath Keepers organized a secret protest against that mosque that was to occur during prayer services. Let’s further pretend that they carried through on the protest, loudly storming the mosque, chanting “Remember 9/11,” wholly disrupting the prayer service and scaring innocent children who were in attendance with their parents. Let’s also pretend that Laura Loomer accompanied the protest, reporting on it as a journalist. Finally, let’s pretend that Kamala’s Attorney General (Mark Elias) had Laura arrested. Would Democrats be screeching about Laura’s First Amendment rights? Of course not—even though the legal issues in my scenario are EXACTLY the same as those that are the bases for the current charges against Lemon. _____________________________________ Being a Democrat means always having situational ethics and never having any core beliefs other than power.

Lefitists that wear Christianity as a skin suit like to use Old Testament passages that speak to how we are to treat the sojourner as a prooftext support for the leftwing moral frame. What is missing from their application is that public worship of false gods was strictly forbidden and severely punished under Old Testament law, and the sojourner was bound by the law just as much as the native Israelite was. Furthermore, the sojourner was forbidden from owning land, marrying an Israelite, entering the temple. There was a lawful expectation upon the sojourner that simply doesn't exist in our society. The correct application of the sojourner passages is that a *lawful* sojourner, who is not threatening or antagonistic to the national consensus or demographic, should not be oppressed, not that Hindu's can build a 100ft statue to worship in Texas or Muslims can have a public call to worship in your Michigan town, or that infinity immigration and open borders is our moral responsibility. Everyone is a theonomist for the things they like.

Why are we supposed to care that Alex Pretti was a nurse?? Guess who else was a nurse? Laken Riley Democrats never expressed outrage over her murder by an illegal alien. They actually defended her killer and said he wasn’t getting a “fair trial”. Victims of illegal aliens matter too. Democrats have created this climate of division by importing millions of illegals into our country. The double standards are exhausting.

Not a single Democrat is holding up a sign, marching in the streets, rioting, or showing outrage for 19 year old Skylar Provenza and 20 year old soccer star Fletcher Harris, who were recently killed on January 16th by an illegal alien with a long criminal history.

If you're a nurse obstructing law enforcement and get yourself killed, Democrats think you're a hero. If you're a nurse and brutally murdered by an illegal immigrant, Democrats won't even know your name.
