Breathtakingly SHOCKING: OH state judge Alison McCarty ruled that parents suing Akron, OH, Children's Hospital for administering a vaccine to their newborn in direct violation of their nonconsent, which conduct led to the death of their newborn 8 days later, cannot sue the hospital under OH state laws because the drug is a vaccine and ruled that they must seek only compensation under the vaccine Injury compensation program. The parents cannot sue for assault and battery under VICP. Therefore, Judge McCarty is granting defendants absolute immunity from assault for no other reason than the tool they used in such assault is classified as a vaccine. America, the Constitution prohibits Congress from granting absolute immunity to one member of society injuring another member of society through unconsented-to activities; thus, the VICP program cannot be used as a "procedural device" by a state court to shield defendants from liability. The State cannot mandate the parents to surrender their parental consent rights, nor can the state's courts use their judicial power to accomplish the same result by refusing to enforce the deprivation of that right among private parties. The Supreme Court has much to say about this indisputable fact and, ironically, has stated that state courts engaging in such conduct can constitute state action for purposes of 42 USC 1983 lawsuits, @MendenhallFirm

🚨 Washington has ultimately SEIZED control of the Bank of Japan. US Treasury’s Scott Bessent just casually posts about “close coordination” with BoJ Governor Ueda, this is the smoking gun that America is dictating Japan’s rates. Japan today has decided to not to hike interest rates. They FORCED Japan to freeze hikes and keep the yen carry trade ATM wide open so Wall Street can keep siphoning free money. The longer Japan delays the inevitable rate spike, the more catastrophic the unwind will be… markets will bleed, savings will evaporate, and the pain will be biblical. BoJ insider @yutokanzakireal warned us months ago. Every single prediction is now unfolding in real time. Japan’s only escape hatch? They’re integrating digital assets into their economy and allowed treating Bitcoin and XRP as Corporate Treasury assets. The ultimate off-ramp from this dollar-dominated trap. The global financial system is on the brink. Brace yourselves.

TRUMP'S CHEAP OIL FANTASY COLLAPSES: $150 BARREL BY YEAR END Oil trader Troy W. Eckard explains why President Trump is doing everything in his power to drive down the price of crude oil and force the opening of the Strait of Hormuz. The entire economic narrative he wants America to believe depends on it. Yet the logistics, the debt, and the supply destruction are already writing a very different ending. THE REAL REASON HE NEEDS CHEAP OIL ➡️ Trump’s core story is the strongest, most booming economy in modern history. ➡️ That story only works with extremely low interest rates. ➡️ Higher energy prices drive inflation and raise the cost of capital across the entire system. ➡️ When oil stays elevated, demand destruction begins and the narrative starts to crack. THE ADVERSARY WINDFALL ➡️ Every dollar higher in oil fills the coffers of Russia, Iran, Iraq and other non-allied nations. ➡️ Billions upon billions flow to the exact countries the United States wants to constrain. ➡️ It becomes almost impossible to limit their global power when high prices keep handing them cash. THE HORMUZ HORNET’S NEST ➡️ The decision to confront Iran over the Strait was a misguided judgment call. ➡️ They do not need nuclear weapons or ballistic missiles. A $25,000 drone can disrupt pipelines, terminals and vessels day after day. ➡️ Roughly 1.5 billion barrels of supply have already been lost since the conflict began. ➡️ Between 12 and 20 million barrels per day remain disrupted with no clear end in sight. THE $40 TRILLION DEBT BOMB ➡️ America now carries about $40 trillion in debt and roughly $1.2 trillion in annual interest payments alone. ➡️ Rising long-term yields signal that buyers of U.S. debt demand higher compensation for rising risk. ➡️ Commercial real estate, residential mortgages and the massive new AI and data-center buildout all depend on cheap energy and cheap capital. ➡️ Higher oil and higher rates threaten to dismantle the financial models those projects were built on. THE PRICE REALITY AHEAD ➡️ Oil is likely headed north of $95 a barrel by the end of December. ➡️ Depending on the severity of ongoing disruption, prices could easily clear $100 within the next 45 days. ➡️ A move toward $150 by year-end is not rhetoric. It is a logical outcome of sustained 12-to-20-million-barrel daily shortfalls. THE BOTTOM LINE Trump’s entire economic plan rests on cheap oil and low rates. The Strait blockade and the supply destruction already underway are delivering the opposite result at scale. This is the sound of an economic narrative colliding with physical reality. #OilTo150 #TrumpOilTrap #HormuzBlockade #DebtBomb #CrudeBullRun #EnergyCrisis #AIEnergyDemand HT: YouTube Eckard Enterprises | Oil & Gas Investing

Did you know that the Secretary of Health & Human Services is subject to a Congressional mandate to ensure that participants in PREP Act countermeasures are educated about voluntary acceptance? The Act strips away your right to sue if injured, and it's why you cannot be mandated to use it. Congress needs to ask why its laws are not being complied with.

I want to thank John Vecchione of @NCLAlegal for discussing Boysen v. PeaceHealth (OR), a case in which the Supreme Court has issued a call for response, and for NCLA's filing of a supporting amicus brief. I consulted on this case. youtube.com/watch?v=ynTJpP…

Many people keep asking why Secretary Kennedy has not ended or amended existing PREP Act declarations for Pfizer's drugs. That is because they are under a federal contract not to do so. Pfizer will not keep its mRNA drugs in the marketplace without that protection.

First, focus on refinancing costs, not debt repayment. You are only looking at the gross figures. Japan’s net interest payments are among the lowest in the major world. Banks, insurers, and pension funds mostly hold JGBs to maturity. Unrealized losses are not realized losses. Actually, higher rates boost bank profitability. Isn't it you speculators who are actually losing money? The weak yen has a minimal impact on consumer prices. BOJ bond buying suppresses market destabilizers like you. The central bank intervenes for policy and stability, not because market absorption has failed. Don't worry, JGB auctions remain perfectly stable and robust.

@ArmstrongEcon Could it sell US Treasuries and use the dollars to support the yen for a while? Shorter term solution if practical. 1. Japan: ~$1.14 – $1.19 trillion 2. United Kingdom: ~$890 – $948 billion 3. Mainland China: ~$652 – $693 billion

I spoke with @MarioNawfal about the growing risk of severe oil inventory shortages: “If the spot price is higher than the futures price, you know you are facing an inventory shortage. And that's where we are today. Inventories are dwindling."

Throw in a terrible fiscal situation and Warsh and Bessent can jawbone the USD all they want and it won’t make any difference. Currie is on to something. And I would much prefer to own gold than USD. And I’m probably not alone in this.
Mark@Mark4XX

JEFF CURRIE: GIVE IRAN THE STRAIT AND THE DOLLAR DIES Jeff Currie, former Goldman Sachs head of commodities and lifelong insider of the dollar system, just laid out the one line America cannot cross. Handing control of the Strait of Hormuz to Iran is not a tactical retreat. It is the formal end of the United States as global hegemon and the death of the dollar as the world’s reserve currency. THE GRAND BARGAIN THAT BUILT THE SYSTEM ➡️ In 1945 the United States made a deal the world still lives under: we protect every major shipping lane with our navy so you use our dollar and recycle your money through New York. ➡️ Oil was the strategic commodity that made the bargain stick. ➡️ After Nixon broke the gold link in 1971 the same bargain became the petrodollar system that still funds American living standards today. THE HORMUZ RED LINE ➡️ Currie is blunt: if the United States walks away and lets Iran and Oman manage the strait under any fee structure, the rest of the planet sees the protector has quit. ➡️ Every other chokepoint on earth immediately becomes fair game. ➡️ The Fifth Fleet would then need Iranian permission to enter or leave its own base in Bahrain—an image that ends the illusion of sea control overnight. THE EXORBITANT PRIVILEGE AT RISK ➡️ Currie points to Switzerland right now: a 30-year fixed mortgage at 50 basis points because global capital floods into a safe currency. ➡️ That is the privilege America still enjoys. ➡️ The United States currently spends 7 percent more than it produces. Remove the forced global demand for dollars and that gap becomes pure economic pain. THE HISTORICAL TRUTH NO ONE WANTS TO SAY ➡️ No previous hegemon—Britain, Spain, or any other—was forced out of the world’s most important sea lanes and remained the hegemon. ➡️ Currie is clear: you can retreat to the Monroe Doctrine and defend only the Western Hemisphere, but then you are no longer the global power and the dollar is no longer the reserve currency. ➡️ Those two outcomes cannot coexist. THE BOTTOM LINE America can lose battles. It cannot lose the Strait of Hormuz and still claim to run the system that has defined the last eighty years. Once the world sees the United States no longer guarantees free navigation, the privilege that keeps the American consumer alive begins its irreversible decline. #HormuzRedLine #DollarHegemony #JeffCurrie #Petrodollar #USHegemony #StraitOfHormuz #ReserveCurrency HT: YouTube Mario Nafwal

Commodity market guru Jeff Currie on the ONE oil number that matters right now: "The only thing that matters is the ships coming out of the straits, and right now it's zero. All the hot air, there's only one number that matters. It's that flow of oil."

This decision on the Fed's part is increasingly one of regaining control over the bond market and inflation expectations. Not war...no more excuses...and whether The Orange Wonder likes it or not. Actions need to accompany #Warsh's hawkish words NOW. All else equal, the "least bad" move for the #Fed is to start raising rates TODAY.
