@coffeehopper @MackieMayor I just followed this recipe, roughly. I think I used a little too much sugar and water and the whisky was Scotch and the coffee variety was whatever was in the grinder already.... but my mother always taught me that recipes were only approximations. Still bloody good though, TA!

Bad things happen if mowers hit stones and bumps at speed, also rakes will throw and drag unconsolidated soil into the swath, where it is bad news in clamps and bales. Helps to eradicate ruts left when putting slurry on in the wet winter in pastures too.
