Still nothing!!! Lost my bag, tripod. Almost 4k of recorded values led and $300 extra bag charge. Zero engagement and response. Spent 15k on tickets with them Lately and zero support!! Will never fly them again!!

@swyftfilings is a terrible company. Paid for expedited service, after 4 days still nothing. 10 messages sent, not one customer service call or email after reaching out several times. Terrible service.
