@debbhoffman @pc_optimum Hah, yup. After I stood on my head and refused to go away on here, they finally called me and fixed my problem (after 10 solid days of me pestering). I still believe they want us to give up which is why I refused to do so! Haven’t earned my trust but I will spend my points.

@tizdias @pc_optimum It’s infuriating. We have $240 worth of points in our account that we saved for our summer vacation extras (as we have done every year for almost a decade). It’s like they’re punishing us for being good customers by denying redemption. Good way to lose business!

@pc_optimum I truly don’t understand your “customer care”. Aug 27 waited 42 mins to speak w/ agent re acct frozen from redeeming. She had to log a case and escalate. This is the response I rec’d to the escalation?? C’mon!! I’ve done all of these things multiple times!

@Bell_Support Phone support has sent a second tech who has diagnosed that the original tech today removed our functioning wires and left us without service. Maybe a bad idea to contract out your repairs to a third party if they can’t do the job properly. PNL is useless.
