@Purlingoaks Hey there! Thanks for your question. We do have a branded listing from our own database (CRDB) of "Jovial, 100% Organic Einkorn Wheat Berries". You could maybe use that in your custom recipe to make sourdough bread.

@cronometer Do you have an entry for fresh-milled einkorn wheat berries? Trying to work out the nutrition in a serving of homemade sourdough bread made with this flour. Appreciate your input!

@sambhorton Thanks Sam! We currently have the Australian Food Composition Database (NUTTAB) for Australian Foods, but also have our curation team going through over 1000 foods a week, adding and updating user entries. We hear you and appreciate your support 🧡

@cronometer Big fan of the app. Easily the best nutrition tracker out there. My one request: more Australian food items in the database.

What’s up everyone. Here are my stats for @KetoMojo @cronometer Solid GKI and a good days worth of eating with one great run this morning. 4.3ish miles at a 8:30ish pace. Wanted to do more but was babysitting. All in all, successful day with the fight on cancer! #sarcoma

Great news! It has come to my attention that I need to eat more! I eat about 2,000 calories a day. I’m 6’2” 200lbs and trying to put on muscle while also staying lean. Gonna pump those numbers up to 3,000 calories a day 💪🏼

@HodlFlorida At 6'2" and 195 lb my target is 2106 kcal per day. This is a 249 kcal deficit because I want to slowly lose some fat while keeping protein up to retain muscle. I'm finding the @cronometer app helpful with this.

@physical_kelp In general, the NCCDB has more extensive nutrient tracking than the USDA. That being said other users have also found the NCCDB to have deficiencies in tracking biotin. When we have data from one of our trusted sources we will certainly add it, but unfortunately at this time, 1/2

It’s annoying that most foods in Cronometer are listed as having 0 grams biotin when tracking and trying to hit your RDAs from food. (Ex: eggs, sweet potatoes, squashes). I make duplicates of various foods and then add the literature reported biotin levels. Not sure why the US Food Database doesn’t report it.

Statistically 80% of New Year’s resolutions fail by the second week of February. It’s a phenomenon so predictable that researchers have dubbed it “Quitters’ Day.” But why does this happen? Is it a collective lack of discipline? Learn more in our blog: cronometer.com/blog/why-most-…

@cronometer y’all take feature requests here? I’d love a weekly calorie budget that I can set from Targets and then watch fill up through the week in Diary 🙏
