@CJHvnter @dtcforbreakfast Try to really focus on orders, rather than visitors. Ideally min. 500 orders per group PLUS stable trend. If not stable then run longer.

My name is being used to sell CRO services under other companies. I am only active under Kovra. Kovra is fully waitlisted. If anyone claims to take on clients using my name, it is not me.

Haven't talked about this in a bit but a lot of my time is spent just lurking on brands lol There are about 6-8 I rotate between and I use 3 or 4 tools to just keep tabs on em - no real "strategy" but still think its worth sharing a bit on it. Overall site / ads / emails (i am missing sms as well as international launches though if anyone has any sauce to share there) Overall Site / Product initiative - Still rocking with particl.com on this front just hard to move off it at this point, It's hard to find a tool that can pull the niches I am looking deeper into and they continue to index the smaller more niche brands I am comping against in the non-alch, supps, and even dog supplement space believe it or not - workflow is a bit all over the place but I usually live in the competitor product analysis / events feed / and trends reporting over specific terms I care about (which will make more sense later this month as we launch something insane -- but usually I just add brand after brand to comp the prices they do and then the product launches they do that shows on the feed -

I recently produced a podcast using Notebook LLM, diving deep into Andromeda, the new algorithm of Facebook. The episode was based on a document entirely generated by AI, designed to pull insights solely from validated studies. Surprisingly, this AI-crafted podcast taught me more about Andromeda than most other podcasts I’ve listened to. Check it out here: open.spotify.com/episode/7vZYiv…

Website development and design @DaveDiederen @crowizard_stef They have a monthly of $5,000-$8,000 depending on the package you select Absolute pleasure to work with, any hiccup and/or changes needed to your CRO, they can do.

If you’re a brand owner and you sell DTC, here’s my list of people I can highly recommend working with.

@mannybarbas_ - I don't know if there is anyone at his level/numbers giving out even close to the same amount of free value. @jforjacob - I’ve been in ecom 2x longer than him and he has completely lapped me in every facet, lol. His success in this short amount of timespan is very admirable, also always sharing things that are working for him. @frankkgabriel - The information he's posted on twitter for free is better than 5-10k mentorship's/courses I've seen in the space. @shauneng & @spencepawliw They are constantly giving free creative sauce (I saw one of the concepts Shaun tweeted a week or two ago, got it in the ad account & it was our top performer this year). @ecommmoose His yt videos alone can get you to 7 figures and he emphisasis building a real brans and building a marketing ecosystem around meta with google, Amazon, etc which is very important. @abdushodmonov Provides a lot of value on the subscription side as well (if you are in subscription or an LTV focus brand must follow) and runs a massive brand. @ashvinmelwani Very transparent about his learnings/lessons running an 8 figure brand which is something you rarely see. H has also been very generous in connecting me with people that have helped him even though I'm a smaller fish. @crowizard_stef Has practically tested every single section possible and provides insight on what works CRO wise. @TimpanoDante Drops an absurd amount of value on YT, specifically on treating Ecom like an actual business with teams and systems. There are probably 30 more, but find the bid cap guy, find the taboola guy, find the post purchase upsell guy, find the Pinterest guy, find the retention guy, find the creative agency guy, etc and just follow all of them. There are usually 1-5 guys in every facet/niche that are providing the highest level value for free. If you actually consume all their content with a notepad and make a guarantee that you will implement every single strategy or pointer that they cover, its inevitable that you will scale. But in summary, these are all guys I look up to a lot.

You can go from a complete beginner in ecom to 6, 7, or 8 figures+ solely by following the right people on twitter. But unfortunately 99.9% of people consume the value, but they don't implement. Watching a YouTube video or reading a tweet won't do anything if you never take action. If I get feedback or advice I want to be known as the guy who implements the same day - whether that be tweaking copy, new landing pages, feedback on my offers, etc. It's something I strive for. There's still some room for improvement, but this alone has gotten me copious amount of continuous advice/feedback from big guys in the space. These people will notice that you are implementing with speed and taking action, and they will continue to help you because of it.

I think I may have come up with a crazy ass idea on helping brands with getting organic content. Someone has already done it but only 1 brand, huge brand, and i'm not sure why no one is doing the same.

I was walking around a wealthy part of Singapore yesterday saw a woman SCREAMING at her husband, threatening divorce Apparently his ecom biz got hit hard by tarrifs & he’s going broke I walked up & told them... “just test more creatives” single handedly saved their marriage
