The answers to many modern problems are simple but politically incorrect. So instead of solving anything, everybody pretends they don't know what's going on, and spend years misdiagnosing the issue, talking in circles, and wasting time.

This was the most profound experience of my life. I am stunned beyond comprehension. This molecule is without peer. The 27mg dose opened up what felt like pure consciousness and intelligence. A majestic reveal of existence itself. In all its incomprehensible glory and majesty. It is impossible to explain with words. Whatever you imagine, multiply it by 1,000 and then add infinite width and depth and dimensions. But entrance was not granted without prerequisite. Existence demanded that I submit. That I say yes; without attachment and without condition. Yes to existence; yes to the dissolution of self; yes to release control; yes, to all. My ego registered the ask and panicked. It wanted control. It was desperate for control. It pleaded to escape from the torrent of light and essence that threatened to rip my sanity into chards. The urge to eject was overwhelming. Terror thundered throughout my mind and body. It took everything within me to release. I overcame and was treated with bliss that defies imagination. A euphoria colored with perfect harmony of all things. An orchestra of essence washed over me and swept me up in dance. It was home. The highest aspiration of intelligent life. For some reason, stored and tucked away as the ultimate prize. A single concept emerged in omnipresence: we cannot grok the preciousness of our existence. Yet it is everything we’ve ever wanted and more. The state we long for without knowing it exists. This caused me great pain and heartache. A swell of loyalty and devotion emerged inside me, pledging allegiance to existence. To become a warrior and caretaker of life on earth. To protect at any cost the candle of consciousness that has miraculously emerged in this part of the galaxy. What awaits will wipe all your tears, soothe all your sorrows, and infinitely exceed your wants.

Great conversation with @joerogan thank you for having me on again. Back on the show talking peptides, broken healthcare, and why the future looks very different from the system we have today. The system manages sickness… the future creates health.

🚨 “REALTORS ARE SCAM ARTISTS” — VIRAL VIDEO TORCHING THE INDUSTRY IS GOING NUCLEAR A skit exploding across social media is ripping into the real estate industry, and it’s hitting a nerve. In the video, a homebuyer slowly realizes something about the process that makes it look suspicious. Every time she tries to make an offer, the real estate agent suddenly claims there’s “another bid.” But when the buyer asks basic questions like who the bidder is, what they offered, or if they’re even real, the response is always the same: “I can’t say.” Then the realization hits. If the price goes up… the agent’s commission goes up too. Seconds later the house is “sold” and the real estate agent walks away with a $50,000 commission. Now the internet is arguing. Some say agents protect buyers through complex deals. Others say it’s just the most expensive middleman job in America. Be honest: are realtors worth it… or is the whole system a scam?

When you’re sick and you think - MAN, I didn’t appreciate feeling well. I’d do anything to just feel normal right now. Well, right now you feel normal. Are you thankful?

This author wants you to think that I'm morally inferior for caring about my health. He weaponizes religious moral frameworks to claim superiority. Let's break it down. 1. Title as judgement "A Sick Man in a Sick World" frames me not only as misguided but as pathological. 2. Health is redefined as illness. He writes: “If it is the case that we should primarily attend to our bodies when we experience disease, then Bryan Johnson is, contrary to his entire project, the sickest man alive.” He inverts here, declaring that attention to health is actually sickness. He crowns himself the authority of true health which is religious humility and communal belonging. 3. Borrowed authority He cites Gadamer, Barth, John Paul II and Berry who frame health as instrumental. Meaning that health is only valuable so long as it enables love, work and worship. He argues that my pursuit of health lacks moral justification because it's detached from "the highest vocations of love and worship". 4. Technocracy as sin. “Through an expenditure of millions of dollars, Johnson created his own video-game-like world in which he is the master of his life.” Here he casts my discipline and precision as hubris. He is the defender of an older and superior moral authority. 5. The sanctified threat In his closing line, he wishes me a "peaceful death" which is cloaked violence. In his moral world view, obedience is virtue and agency is arrogance.

This race will decide whether we have an Attorney General who defends our freedoms, protects our democracy, and prioritizes the needs of Virginians – or one who takes directives from Donald Trump. The stakes couldn’t be higher.

Things that I have done to implement Radical Empathy in my life: 1) I no longer use electronics in order to protect Mother Earth; 2) I no longer use gas powered cars in order to protect Mother Earth; 3) I have opened our home to the unhoused; 4) I have opened our marriage to the sexless; they too deserve intimacy; 5) I have converted to Islam because Islamophobia; 6) 99% of my income is voluntarily given to @MarkJCarney because I trust that he will spend it properly; 7) I no longer engage in intellectual conversations with my children because it is unfair to children who don't have fathers who engage in intellectual conversations with them; 8) I have renounced my Jewish identity because of the Zionist occupation; 9) I only eat tofu because meat is murder; 10) If you are a student of color, I give you automatically an A+ because white supremacy; 11) I only befriend people who are trans allies; 12) All of my works will now be Indigenized and decolonized in order to recognize ancestral wisdom of color; 13) I'm renouncing my Canadian citizenship because we sit on the stolen lands of the Iroquois. Did I miss anything?

As a postdoc the (Great) Ben Barres, MD, PhD (alas now deceased from cancer) used to stop me at least once a week & say/shout “why do we have less energy as we age?! It’s NOT mitochondria! Someone has to figure this out! Why is no one working on this?!” What do you think?

A few years ago I got exactly what I thought I wanted. Right job. Right money. Right situation. And it felt great… for about three weeks. Then I realized I didn't actually want the life that came with it. The hours. The stress. The feeling that I was building something for someone else instead of myself. Getting it showed me I was chasing the wrong thing. And once you know that, you can't unsee it.

I’d be pretty happy with my profits selling now. But I’ll also be pretty disappointed if my alt coin bag 5-10x from here. I’ve been slowly DCAing out. If you’ve been in crypto for longer than 4 years. What’s your advice?

This post is going to be pretty tough to write. I don’t want to write it because I really don’t want to believe it to be true. But it is 💔 Two nights ago, Saturday, right after our big collab spaces I was laying down with my wife watching a movie, feeling great and I got a message from @EthRobertlail … “Hey brother can you talk for a sec, I got some really bad news” My heart sunk cause I had a feeling it had to do with @ethwhaledave Rob and I got on the phone and the second he started speaking, I could hear it in his voice… and unfortunately came to the realization before he was even done saying it… that we had lost our friend Earlier that day @ethwhaledave texted @otherguydoteth and I in our group chat and said he was cleaning his boat and we better be outside, touching grass, having a good day basically. That’s part of what made Dave who he was. He cared about the people he loved and who loved him… for who he was. He was thoughtful and intentional. I know some people think he was just some rich guy degen but tbh for those who got to know him deeply like some of us did… he was an overly generous, caring person who lived for picking people up when they were at their lowest point… even if those people bit him back 2-3-4 sometimes even 5x he would still find the good in them and keep helping. Dave became a really good and trusted friend. I don’t think there was more than a few days in the last year or so that we didn’t talk in some form. Text, call, whatever. He was passionate about politics, his family, his friends, his business and his jpegs. He loved his kids, he loved being a husband, he loved creating, he loved fixing things and he loved a good steak dinner too 🤣 Dave and I were sharing a JD Vance meme at 5 pm est on Saturday via text… and shortly after that… he had a heart attack and was gone. Beginning of the year, he started to really focus on his health, his diet and his habits. From what I knew he had an overall pretty healthy approach to life. Shows you a few good lessons. Don’t take any day for granted. Don’t take any friendship for granted. Call the people you love often and remind them. Life is short, Dave was way too young. He had a lot of big goals, dreams. Expanding his business rapidly IRL, building Rebelz, MetaBlast and had some great connects for Quirkies stuff we had discussed recently too. Last thing I wanted to share. For the last few months, I shared some scripture and stuff with Dave and @otherguydoteth from time to time as the three of us got closer as friends… This was the end of a convo Dave and I had a few weeks ago, I wanted to share. “We all going to heaven we are good people.” 💔 See you there my brother ❤️🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻

♥️In Loving Memory of David Taylor♥️ It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our dear friend, Dave. He was not only a rock for so many people but also a brother to me. Dave's kindness, strength, and unwavering support touched countless lives, and his absence will be felt by all who knew him. We are so incredibly grateful for the time we had with him, and we will cherish the memories of his friendship forever. Dave’s dedication to the work we did together was unmatched, and as he would have wanted, the project will continue. While it may look different due to the challenges ahead, I am committed to completing the goal we shared to the best of my ability, in honor of his vision. Please know that I will update everyone soon. I need some time to process and figure out the next steps, as well as work on creating a new roadmap moving forward. I appreciate your patience during this time. At this moment, we ask that you please allow the family the time they need to process and grieve. They are in our thoughts, and we hope for peace and comfort for them in the days ahead. Dave will be missed more than words can express, but his legacy and impact will live on in all of us. With deepest sympathy and gratitude, Robert Lail
