You Must Go All-in to win. This Is What It Takes. I am a True Startup Founder. And today, I cried. A lot. 😭 You see, I used to live in my R.V. My mobile tiny-home dream. It gave me security and freedom. It was my life, my everything. Honestly, words can barely capture what it truly meant to me. But, I have an odd addiction. I truly love helping people. 🤗 And I'm good at it, ask anyone. and so... I wanted to help more. So, I did something no one in their right mind should ever try : I became a Startup Founder. 🥺 I chewed glass, stared into the abyss and jumped, with a rough plan of building a plane on the way down. This is the way. All or nothing. Every cent, every second, every heartbeat, poured into the mission. Years of hosting non stop social spaces, and building a community, searching for opportunity, finding a cofounder, building a team and getting to work. For a long time I earned nothing. Times got tough. I had to abandon the R.V., and became homeless. But I didn’t quit. I don’t quit. I plan. I adapt. I taught myself Ui, built curation cities and taught myself to code. I Expanded the reach. Built the systems. Wore many hats and traded sleep and rest for progress. One stubborn line of code at a time. Betrayals, platform shadowbans, growing debt... none of it stopped me. It probably should have, but I am determined. I am relentless. More people were helped. Lives were changed. Ask them. (See my reputation 📌 pin post.) Many Problems were solved. I kept grinding. And... it worked. We made a bit of money 💸🥳 Did I take any for myself ? No. Did I get back into my home ? No. Have I gone Mad ? Maybe... Every cent was reinvested back into the project, to buy runway, to give the startup a real chance to grow and survive. It needs it, for it to live. Rock bottom hit hard. The first time. The second and third. Each time, I grit my teeth and doubled down and bounced back into the fray once more. The startup grew. We helped more people. We reached a minor success minimal profitability. 🥳 Huzzah. Did I finally take some profit for myself? Still no. not yet, I'm all in. All the way. 🤦‍♂️ And now... It's starting to work. The bigger dream is 🤏 close. It's starting to happen, finally. Looking forward, there's light at the end of the tunnel. Looking back feels like pulling open an old wound. This was my home. It hurts to see it like this. Waiting. Rotting. I want to go home. And I will. Soon. Any day now. I'm planning it now. The next chapter is just ahead ...and nothing can stop me.

Perplexity’s business model definitely faces some heat now that tech giants are rolling out similar AI features for free—charging $200 a year for something users can get elsewhere at no cost is a tough sell, as highlighted in the attached image. But to be fair, Perplexity’s still carving out a niche with a loyal user base and unique features like citation-backed answers and advanced research tools, so it’s not out of the game yet—just fighting an uphill battle against some very big players.

End of an era. Gg perplexity. Your business model was eaten by the big guys. This is why I never accept any invitations to startups that could just be a bolt-on feature.
