@namecheapceo123 Hi Richard, What's with the new commission structure at Spaceship? This was never announced to us and it doesn't look good. Who's going to buy at Spaceship if they can get 5% cheaper at another marketplace?

Client called me just now - they accidentally let a name lapse and it was picked up at auction on Namecheap. Took a look and the good news is it’s listed for quick flip. The bad news…

@snagged Met the founder at a domainer conference many years ago. Nice guy but haven't used their services though. They're UK based.

Domain friends -- have a seller who's only willing to use Transpact*com for a transaction. Have never used or even heard of them before as an escrow service? Legit?

@dynatodd Please have your team also investigate why these 3 inquiries are listed in my Dynadot account under 'Brokerage Offers' as 'Outgoing Inquiries'. The buyer contacted the broker who then contacted me so how can these be 'Outgoing'?

@dynatodd Thank you. This is more about fact that those 3 names were listed on the Dynadot Aftermarket with 10K min. offers. Both buyer and broker would have seen this. What's the point of having min. offers when a lowballing buyer is allowed to circumvent by contacting a Dynadot broker?

What do you want us to work on in 2026? Almost all the features on Dynadot originated as customer requests. Some of the changes we made in 2025: - All customers get Superbulk pricing - Added support for Bitcoin and USDC (both payment and payout) - Launched NameClub. com - Launched about 30 TLDs (mostly ccTLDs) - Discounts for crypto, wire and direct debit payments - Major update of our phone APP (iOS and Android) - Improved our email and website add-ons (free with every domain) - Improved our free domain appraisal tool - Decreased server restart time to under 1 minute - Improved Afternic and Sedo listing integrations - Launched a state of the art RESTful version of our API

🎉 Happy New Year, everyone! Asia and Oceania are the first regions in the world to welcome 2026, and from where I am, there’s just one hour left before saying goodbye to 2025. Looking back, 2025 was a truly special year for me. I achieved my highest annual income ever, and for the first time in nearly 15 years, revenue from domain sales surpassed all of my other income sources combined. 📊 2025 domain sales summary: • 30 domains sold • $250,000+ USD in total sales • ~80% via Afternic, with the remaining ~20% through Sedo and other channels Some notable deals: • NNet․com — $80,000 • Satay․com — $50,000 • Kanav․com — $22,000 • _______.com — $100,000 LTO (60-month agreement with a meme coin project; only 2 payments made, ~$4K total, then stopped) • _______.com — $80,000 LTO (12-month plan, still ongoing) • Plus 20+ four-figure sales For comparison, my total domain sales in 2024 were ~$100,000, so 2025 grew by over +250% YoY 🚀 💻 2025 was also a year of experimentation. I went all-in on vibe coding and actively built and launched: Gomoku.com, Fanorona.com, Planisphere.com, SoLucky.com, SpeedQuiz.com (and more) One milestone I’m especially proud of: 🎯 Gomoku.com surpassed 1,000,000 games played before the end of 2025. In the coming year, I’ll be doubling down even more on Domain-Driven Development. 🌍 On another front, I continued developing geo .com domains into travel websites. In 2025, this side project reached a new milestone: ✨ Annual travel affiliate revenue exceeded four figures USD for the first time. While it’s still small compared to my other income streams, I firmly believe that with continued compounding, this will become a stable and sustainable long-tail revenue source. ✈️ To close out the year, my final domain acquisition of 2025 was JordanTravel․com. I now own ~20 Country+Travel․com domains, about half of which were acquired in 2025. In 2026, I’ll gradually start bringing these domains online one by one. Wishing everyone a fantastic 2026 — 📈 strong growth, 💰 great sales, and many domain wins ahead! 📸 Photo attached: fireworks from Taiwan’s New Year’s Eve celebration, taken from my hotel tonight.

@cryptodomains Outgoing offers are when you (as a buyer) make an offer on another domain. If this is not what happened, please DM me your username and I can investigate further.

@dynatodd So why would you allow your brokers to submit lowball offers on behalf of another customer?

@dynatodd If the broker got in contact with me while representing another customer, do you think it is ethical and appropriate for him to submit max. 1k offers on multiple names while my minimum for each domain was 10K?
