F*ck it. I'm running a FREE 7-day challenge. Most of you don't have a consistent way to get clients or your first client. No pipeline or repeatable process. Essentially just hoping someone reaches out. I'm going to fix that and show you that you can do this. Every day for 7 days I'll give you one step from the exact playbook I've used to close $10K–$25K AI automation clients. The same exact system, working directly with me and my team. Spots will be limited because this is the first time I'm doing something like this. DM me "CHALLENGE" and I'll send you the signup link.
Luke Pierce@lukepierceops

I’ve watched 18 people close their first AI implementation client over the last 8 weeks. Here’s exactly how they did it. No special skill, big audience, or pre-existing case studies. All 3 of these work. Pick the one that fits where you actually are. 1. Warm network Make a list of every founder, operator, or business owner you know. Reach out to all of them. Not pitching, just asking what’s broken in their operations. Half of them have a process they hate. Your first client is already in your phone. This is the fastest path if you have any network at all. 2. Upwork Set aside $300 to $500 for connects. Optimize your profile. Send proposals every day. You will land a client if you stay consistent. This is how I started. Not sexy. Works fast. 3. Dream 100 cold outreach Pick an ICP. Build a list of 100 companies that fit. Make an offer built for them. Strong guarantee or free first build to get the case study. Slower start but you control the pipeline once it’s running. That’s it. There aren’t 10 ways. There are 3. The reason 18 people closed in 8 weeks isn’t because they’re special. They simply took a strategy and executed. Every company is asking about AI right now. Sales calls are landing on accident. Founders are reaching out unsolicited. I’ve never seen a market move like this. If you’ve been thinking about starting an AI agency, this is the window. DM me “first client” and I’ll show you exactly how to start and land your first client FAST.

6 months ago, I decided to stop our most successful startup project to date. We had built the first ever zero-interest borrowing offered in decentralized finance, and it was taking off because the returns were huge. The concept of an *actually* 0% interest loan was totally unheard of. Even for non-Muslims. But there was a problem. The platform we'd built it on was really hard to use. You needed a "wallet" and "private key" which you then took to a janky-looking blockchain "exchange" to get the funds which you could then borrow against. It was great to help the few Muslims who were able to navigate this to make huge returns, but our goal was always bigger. We wanted to use zero-interest digital assets to help the Ummah at large, not just a few financially savvy Muslims. So we decided to pause our purely blockchain-facing operations and keep it at maintenance while we build a tool so simple that even a grandma could deposit money and profit share in these huge returns. 6 months later, we've finally built out Goldsand, and our dream of simplifying high zero-interest returns for the Ummah in just a few clicks is being realized.

Can piety be enforced from above? Sultan Murad IV tried. He closed coffeehouses, banned coffee and tobacco, executed violators in the streets—believing fear would produce faithfulness. The coffeehouses reopened the day he died. An Ottoman scholar warned: "God preserve us from fanaticism." On why coercion fails: renovatio.zaytuna.edu/article/an-ott…

🚨 Claude Design launched 48 hours ago. Figma closed down 4.26% on day one. Everyone's cloning the same 68 brand DESIGN MD files from one catalog. Someone took every pain point of that workflow and rebuilt the entire resource from scratch. It's called awesome-claude-design. Shipped 48 hours after the launch. Why it's great: Every "awesome Claude X" list so far sorts by industry. Tech. Finance. SaaS. Automotive. Useful for search, useless for actually picking a design. Most people accept this as the baseline. This repo didn't. It regroups every DESIGN .md file by aesthetic family, not industry: — Editorial Minimalism — Terminal-Core — Warm Editorial — Data-Dense Pro — Cinematic Dark — Playful Color — Glass / Soft-Futurism — Neon Brutalist — Cult / Indie Picks Because that's how designers actually pick. Plus: • Remix recipes (Linear × Claude, Warp × Sentry, Stripe × A24) • 5 prompt packs with full input/output examples • Anti-slop kit pulled straight from Anthropic's frontend cookbook • Video teardowns ranked by view count • Honest community takes: the hype AND the skeptics with quotes • Launch timeline with receipts (Figma stock, Reddit threads, X signal) How to use it: > Open the README. Answer 3 questions via the family-picker prompt. > Download the matching DESIGN.md. > Drop into Claude design. Ship in 20 minutes. One GitHub repo. Every angle. MIT. github.com/rohitg00/aweso…

This quarter, I’ve closed multiple $1M+ without a slide deck. I’m using a single AI tool. Today, I want to share it, free. After signing, a prospect asked me how we created the site. They were so wow-ed they wanted it for their own clients. Here’s what floored them: it took a single designer 5 minutes to prompt and launch. The AI chains together 6 key parts of our sales process, turning a 18-page deck into a single, personalized website. When they asked, I gave them this template and workflow. Now I want to share it for free: Follow me + comment “GA” and I’ll DM it.

onlyfans is one of the worst things to happen to modern society and i don’t care how unpopular that take is they built a platform that incentivized young women to sell themselves by dangling life changing money in front of them. and every girl who made it big became a walking billboard for the next wave of 18 year olds who thought it was their ticket to freedom it’s not empowerment it’s exploitation with a marketing budget. the damage this has done to an entire generation of women and the way young men view relationships is something we won’t fully understand for another decade and the owner sitting back collecting 20% of every single transaction isn’t a genius businessman. he built a machine that profits off the commodification of women at scale. that’s not innovation that’s a pimp with a payment processor if you believe in the afterlife that man has a very uncomfortable conversation coming. but sure keep putting him on magazine covers and calling him an entrepreneur have a good day

We’ve normalized praising people who facilitate evil and major sins. Polymarket. Kalshi. OnlyFans. Buy-now-pay-later. These aren’t innovations, they’re sophisticated packaging for what God has already forbidden. Calling them “disruptive” doesn’t change what they do. There’s nothing creative or praiseworthy about building a better path to sin. The same logic applies to the careers we were raised to chase — investment banking, derivatives trading, quant finance, influencers(the wrong kind) etc We absorbed the prestige without asking the question: what is this actually producing? The honest answer is usually nothing. Zero-sum games dressed in tailored suits, with no spiritual khair and often the active facilitation of major sins. We’ve been praising Satan for the elegance of his schemes. The system isn’t neutral. The culture isn’t normal. And I’m done pretending otherwise.

Wow. Thank you for your article. I’ve been on Claude code since Jan 28. Implementing this chief of staff system was the first task but now the operations person for my consultancy is CC. I’m glad to see other fields are using the stack you described too. I use obsidian. I use markdown files. I’m on Claude max too. Cancelled ChatGPT on Valentine’s Day. Do you have any favorite theme for printed documents? Also not a programmer. Communications and philosophy here.

Got something special: The models are insane rn. And I feel like no one is showing beginners what's possible. On Saturday I'm going to teach a group of people how to build their first ever app with AI. After, I'll give you: Free Codex + ChatGPT Plus. Free Replit Core. Free Wispr Flow Pro. Free Odysser Pro. All for 1-mo. This is the best starter pack possible. The session itself will focus on Replit + Codex. It will be online and free. It'll be like a live tutorial, then we'll all cowork + build alongside each other in Discord. Last week 2500 joined, 70% had never touched a coding agent before + never built anything ever, and by the end ppl were deploying real apps to Vercel. If you wanna join call, reply with your fav emoji. Will DM. Ty to the homies for making this happen + replying to my emails so quickly: @openai, @replit, @wisprflow, and @joinodysser.

@the_smart_ape Hmm, Google's API terms are strict. Auto-posting replies on behalf of businesses sits in a grey zone. Google has historically throttled or suspended API access for bulk/automated reply posting. You'd want each client to authenticate under their own credentials, not yours.

how to make $2K/month selling an AI agent you can build this weekend. 97% of consumers read online reviews before choosing a local business, but 87% of businesses never respond to negative reviews. a one-star improvement on Google = 5-9% revenue increase. for a restaurant doing $500K/year, that's $25-45K in lost revenue. this is a big gap. and you can fill it with a simple AI agent. the agent flow would be: 1/ monitors Google Business Profile for new reviews (polling every 15 min) 2/ for positive reviews (4-5 stars): generates a personalized thank-you reply and posts it automatically 3/ for negative reviews (1-3 stars): generates a draft reply, sends it to the owner via Slack/email for approval before posting 4/ logs everything to a Google Sheet with sentiment tags 5/ sends a weekly digest: new reviews, avg rating trend, response time, sentiment breakdown the magic is in the prompt engineering -> the replies don't sound like a bot. they reference specific details from the review, match the business's tone, and handle complaints with empathy. the stack (total cost: ~$30/month) > n8n (self-hosted) -> workflow automation (free) > Google Business Profile API -> free, native n8n node available > OpenAI API (gpt-4o-mini) -> ~$5/month for most volumes > Google Sheets -> logging + dashboard, free > Slack or Email -> notifications, free > VPS -> $5-10/month (Hetzner or Railway for n8n hosting) total operational cost per client: under $15/month. you charge $500. step 1: set up n8n spin up n8n on a VPS or use n8n cloud ($24/month if you don't want to self-host). step 2: connect Google Business Profile n8n has a native Google Business Profile node. here's the setup: > go to Google Cloud Console -> create a new project > enable the "Google My Business API" (now called Business Profile API) > create OAuth 2.0 credentials (Web Application type) > in n8n, add a Google Business Profile credential using OAuth2 > authorize access to your client's Google Business account important: the client needs to add your Google account as a manager on their Business Profile. takes 30 seconds on their end. step 3: build the review monitoring flow create a workflow with these nodes: > Schedule Trigger (every 15 minutes) > Google Business Profile node (operation: Get Many Reviews) > IF node (filter: only reviews without a reply + created in last 24h) > Switch node (split by star rating: 4-5 stars vs 1-3 stars) step 4: positive review path (auto-reply) for 4-5 star reviews, wire it to: > OpenAI node with this system prompt: "You are a friendly review response writer for [Business Name], a [business type] in [city]. Write a short, warm reply to this positive Google review. Reference specific details the customer mentioned. Keep it under 3 sentences. Sound human, not corporate. Never use exclamation marks more than once. Never start with 'Thank you for your kind words.' Be genuine." > Google Business Profile node (operation: Reply to Review) step 5: negative review path (human-in-the-loop) for 1-3 star reviews, wire it to: > OpenAI node with a different prompt: "You are responding to a negative review for [Business Name]. Acknowledge the issue without being defensive. Offer to make it right. Include a specific next step (call this number / email this address). Keep it professional but warm. Never blame the customer. Never say 'we take all feedback seriously', that's corporate speak. Be real." > Slack/Email node -> sends the draft reply to the owner with one-click approve/reject buttons > on approval -> Google Business Profile node (Reply to Review) this is critical. negative reviews need human oversight. one bad auto-reply can go viral for the wrong reasons. step 6: logging + weekly digest > Google Sheets node -> append every review with: date, rating, reviewer name, review text, AI reply, status (auto-replied / pending / approved) > separate workflow: runs every Monday, reads the sheet, generates a summary via OpenAI, emails it to the client. weekly digest includes: - total new reviews this week - average rating trend (vs last week/month) - response time average - top complaint themes - suggested improvements based on negative review patterns this digest alone is worth the retainer. it turns raw reviews into business intelligence.
