JetBlue just pulled the ultimate power move. Hours after Spirit Airlines went dark, JetBlue swooped into South Florida with a full-blown rescue mission—and they're not playing small. Here's the breakdown: $99 rescue fares for anyone holding a valid Spirit ticket. Same route, same dates, just call 1-800-JETBLUE. Flying Fort Lauderdale to San Juan? Blue Basic is capped at $299 through May 8. But that's just the warm-up. JetBlue is exploding at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International—adding 11 brand new cities, extra flights on existing routes, and pushing nearly 130 daily departures this summer. That's a 75%+ jump from last year and their biggest FLL operation EVER. CEO Joanna Geraghty put it plainly: "South Florida is a key market... we're stepping up, adding service, and keeping fares competitive." (Translation: we're taking over.) Fun fact? Fort Lauderdale was JetBlue's very first destination back in 2000. Now they're reclaiming it after Spirit held 27% of that market. Both of those failed because Iran and the bond market both get a say.
This TACO attempt and all future ones will also likely fail unless Hormuz is open.

MILLIONS OF STUDENT-LOAN BORROWERS' ACCOUNTS ARE BEING TRANSFERRED TO THE TREASURY
The Trump administration took its first step toward transferring the student-loan portfolio out of the Department of Education.
On Thursday, the Department of Education announced a partnership with the Treasury Department on overseeing the $1.7 trillion student-loan portfolio. The partnership, known as an interagency agreement, would hand over the portfolios of defaulted student-loan borrowers to the Treasury, allowing the agency to collect on defaulted debt and support borrowers who have defaulted.

🚨Crews at risk in the Gulf🚨
Just heard from a crewmember on one of the 3,200 ships stuck in the Persian Gulf.
A ship called the local port authority requested permission to dock as they had run out of water.
They were denied permission!
Multiple ships are in the same condition, with stores, food and fuel running low.
Ports are overwhelmed and security is such that they are refusing permission for ships to dock.
Crews cannot get off and reliefs cannot fly in.
What is being done to address this matter @POTUS @SecWar @SecDuffy @DOTMARAD @IMOSecGen @IMOHQ.
