They invented an "Iranian terrorist group" that they’re accusing of “antisemitic attacks” exactly as the war of aggression on Iran starts... They didn’t even bother to give it a Farsi name as they forgot that Iran doesn’t use Arabic…

Irish band Kneecap consume electricity to perform concert for Code Pink and liberal activists in Cuba- while Cubans face constant electricity blackouts.

After losing speaking gigs over her "Globalize the Intifada" chants, you might have thought former Australian of the Year Grace Tame might be in damage control mode. Alas, she just made things a whole lot worse for herself, denying Israeli women were murdered and raped on Oct 7, suggesting Hamas vs Israel is not a "fair fight", and even slipping in an antisemitic trope for good measure.

Today, on 15 March, we remember Christchurch. We also confront the hatred that still lives among us. Seven years after an Australian far-right extremist murdered 51 Muslim worshippers in two mosques in Christchurch on 15 March 2019, Muslim communities in Australia are still being forced to live with the fear, trauma and reality of anti-Muslim hate. For more than two years now, communities have faced an alarming escalation in Islamophobic incidents. The most recent data referenced by Action Against Islamophobia has pointed to a shocking rise of over 300%, with reports ranging from threats of violence and intimidation to hate letters, mosque vandalism, racist graffiti, and chilling calls for a “Christchurch 2.0.” This is what hate looks like when it is ignored, normalised, or allowed to grow unchecked. To commemorate Christchurch is not only to honour the 51 lives taken. It is also to refuse the conditions that make this hatred possible. It is to stand with survivors, protect our communities, defend every person’s right to worship in safety, and say with clarity that Muslim communities should not have to live under the shadow of threats, abuse and violence. We remember the victims. We stand with the survivors. And we renew our commitment to confronting Islamophobia in all its forms. If you experience or witness an Islamophobic incident, you are encouraged to report it to us here: actionagainstislamophobia.org.au/report-an-inci…
