Recommend your staffers research the official USG definition of a weapon of mass destruction/-any definition of a weapon of war, and you may want to learn about the rules of gun safety, just to set a good example. As for directly advertising to kids, I get you….but what’s the legal age to buy a gun in CA again?

This is an AR-15. A weapon of war. The gun industry is openly marketing these to KIDS. With cartoons and mini JR-15s. These don’t belong in the hands of our kids or on our streets. I just signed 2 bills that ban ghost guns and these sick marketing ploys.

DEBUNKED! The Cybertruck overpass crash in Texas has been proven to be human error. Tesla’s telemetry logs show FSD was disabled 4 seconds before impact, leaving the human driver full responsibility for making the proper turn. Good riddance!
