Totally messaged around and fobbed off. Even lies being made that I asked for a refund rather than wait for the wireless airpods. And low and behold refund email magically appears! Vile company and I will make sure everyone knows it. Including your CEO.

@curryspcworld shocked & disgusted at your poor service and customer care.You miss sold air pods as wireless.I returned them&was promised the wireless ones.Nearly a month later and 3 complaints you still have my money and I still have no air pods!No emails either!

@NintendoUK please help!My son’s Switch Lite has a blank screen&doesn’t seem to charge.Tried hard reset but just get a Nintendo logo for 2secs then a black screen. It’s not the charger as my daughter’s works fine. It was purchased Dec 2019 but I’ve lost the receipt.What can I do?

@TUIUK @TUIGroup please can you help? After losing our Thomans Cook hol, for 25/09, we have booked TUI holiday for 29/09-flying to Malaga. But when we we try to book seats there are no seats together on the outward flight. My 6&11year olds wont want to sit alone next to strangers

@kpwhitu0 @planespotterbhx @LTigzW @ThomasCookUK I’m with you. Did to fly Weds. Annual leave starts Tues. Kids are excited. The only option will be to get a loan to source an alternative holiday! So we will still be out of pocket. It’s could take months for a refund. Waited a year for this.

@Dandes @Mollie_robo_134 @ThomasCookUK This breaks my heart. I’m due to fly to Turkey Wed, but I can get my money back later on. I’ll get a loan to take my family somewhere in the meantime. It’s annoying but I have options. Your wife & so many others won’t have options. I am so sorry. I truly hope for a good outcome.

@kimmylou1984 @ThomasCookUK I am in the same boat. Refund is all well and good but it can take weeks/months. Plus I’ve got nearly 3 weeks off work with no money to buy a new holiday and 2 excited kids to let down.

Seems to be that we would have to apply for a refund from ATOL but that could take months so without money, can’t book a replacement holiday. So three weeks off at home, with 2 very disappointed young kids
