The NATO alliance has been fractured forever after this. We now know beyond a shadow of a doubt these countries were never our allies whom we can rely on. They're cowards. And moochers. NATO is done.

in 2025 the Liberals portrayed Poilievre as - Unpatriotic - Trump-like - Aggressive Today he showed himself to be - Patriotic - Diplomatic - Cheerful For 2 hours. Good luck going back to that well, Libs.

Gas up.. $1.86.. With the price of fuel you would think Carney would park the jet so we didn’t have to cover his costs also.

@thesovereignceo We’ve had 20+ years of stupid antics, dumb slogans and profligate gaslighting from Poilievre. 2 ½ hours of ho hum conversation ain’t going to convince me to reconsider his qualifications.

Just listened to Pierre’s interview with Joe Rogan. Anyone raging about this interview a) clearly didn’t listen to this friendly conversation of Jujitsu and love for Canadian cities and b) has also never listened to Joe Rogan in general. And unfortunately this seems to sum up most left leaning Canadians. Extremely strong emotional reactions to things that they actually don’t know much about.

Looks like NATO has reached its end You can make history Senator by leading the way by pulling the US out of NATO and spearheading a new alliance of countries that makes sense for the modern era and beyond We can’t live in the past We need to be with countries that want to assist and have mutual goals that move us all forward Be the man of the moment Get us out of NATO

Mr. President, one of the things I like about you most is that, now, our allies take America for granted at their own peril.   As to my suggestion, I meant it then and I’ll repeat it now: We should consider removing U.S. bases from countries who won’t let us fly from them as we confront the world’s largest state sponsor of terrorism who has been hellbent on developing a nuclear weapon and was extremely close to achieving that goal.   Spain’s refusal to allow American aircraft stationed in Spain to fly in support of Operation Epic Fury is an insult and an outrage to the alliance. Mr. President, I think America’s interests would be well-served to move those aircraft from Spain to a country that we can actually rely on in a time of great need. I trust your judgment.   Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Reporter: Lindsey Graham has asked for you to reconsider the American basis in Spain, in Germany, after what they have done in the Strait of Hormuz. What do you think? U.S. President Donald Trump: "Well, it deserves. He's right about asking that. And I think NATO's gone down a long way because they haven't, I mean, they should be helping with the strait. They get much of their energy from the Strait of Hormuz. And if Lindsey Graham said that, and don't forget, he was the big NATO guy for a while, and now he's not. And a lot of senators and congressmen, they were very upset with the fact that NATO has done nothing."

Just a reminder… Carney goes on a U.S. talk show and takes cheap shots at a sitting Canadian politician. Imagine if the roles were reversed? Pierre refused to do that!

What surprised me most about Poilievre on Joe Rogan? The MSM response. They expected a disaster… Instead they got a leader who handled himself well. 8+ million Canadians already knew that. Strange it took Rogan for the media to figure it out.

The Shift Has Hit The Fan
Pierre Poilievre just broke the spell. For years the media painted him as some angry, rigid ideologue. One long form Joe Rogan interview later, even CTV’s own panel on Power Play with Vassy Kapelos sat there stunned, saying nothing bad for a full 10 minutes and openly calling him “Prime Minister material.” That’s what happens when people get to see the real guy instead of the 8 second soundbite caricature. Genius move going on Rogan. It’s a shame he didn’t do it during the election... the entire narrative might have collapsed overnight. Long format conversations are kryptonite to the legacy media machine. One honest, unfiltered hour and suddenly the “scary conservative” spell is shattered. The left is going to spend the next week in full meltdown mode trying to glue that spell back together. Too late. The public just got a real look.

Trump’s Plan A was to hit Iran hard, watch the theocrats flee, and then hand power to a government of his own choosing. Should such things not come to pass, Plan B was … well, apparently, there was no Plan B. theatlantic.com/ideas/2026/03/…

Fwiw, I think Pierre did well on Rogan. Good tone on trade, especially. It's a good example of why he should be doing more media, not less. And be open to doing more critical interviews. (Come On The Line, @PierrePoilievre)

Pierre Poilievre needed an image change. Given the climate of the times he has to be less the guttersnipe and more statesman-like. With his trip to U.S. and U.K. he's off to a very good start.

Carney has ZERO CLASS. Poilievre REFUSED TO CRITICIZE CARNEY on the biggest podcast in the world. He could have done it. EASILY. He refused to do it on foreign soil. But Carney did the complete opposite ON AMERICAN NATIONAL TV
