There should be a lot more penalties for improving lies on Tour. Club mashing behind any ball in the rough has sadly become a standard practice. Good for the R&A for actually looking at an incident, that said with the evidence it’s a tough one to say there was intent. Having said that he definitely improved his lie by stepping behind it.
