@cvspharmacy I am done with this dumpster fire of a company. Unable to get a script filled since 7/3. Listed as out of stock until 7/10 listed as restocked. Then back to out of stock after messaging the store. Now it hasn’t been refilled and states can’t be filled until 8/2.

@cvspharmacy I feel like I am out of options and need to change pharmacies. For days, I check the CVS mobile app and receive texts that my insulin is out of stock and has been ordered. Today, the app states I didn’t pick it up and it has been restocked.

@cvspharmacy Why doesn’t the app not show when a pharmacy system is down? I wait a week for a prescription to be filled, waste time driving, and waste a doctor appointment today. And if I want it delivered, it is basically an extra $10.

@amazon Why is it impossible to contact customer service? I need to find out why an order was delivered to an improper location by Amazon shipping? No one to blame but yourself.

I wish @Xfinity could explain an outage reported in my area at 2:09pm and I lost Internet at 2:30pm. WTF?
