@TalkTalk@BT well I am beyond disgusted with both of your companies leaving a vulnerable customer with no service blaming each other. And the best answer is computer says no and buy a new phone and return it. Shameful
@TalkTalk My new rooter arrived yesterday and is up and running . I have returned the old one today as requested and I have proof of postage as requested

@TalkTalk is Talk talk down in Weston super Mare. My rooter will not connect. Re booted, removed and re connected all cables. The phone connected to it is working. When I re boot, the orange light flashes before speeding up and stopping
@TalkTalk My Internet keeps dropping in and out and last 5 mins everytikenit drops out. I have raised an issue and the "team robot" wants to talk to me. I can talk because ethe Internet won't stay "ON".
Sent me a new router like iv asked!
@Morrisons There is also a 24 hour deadline to report them as missing on your website which given my Internet outage problems today (cheers @TalkTalk) is probably impossible as the connection cuts out before I can select all of the items.😡
Seriously @Morrisons? My order turns up a day late with NO notification, there is a whole pallet missing and now you've charged me for over £30 worth of items that I didn’t receive (which the delivery driver assured me wouldn’t happen)?! #CrapCustomerService
@TalkTalk My elderly mother notified you on 29th May that she has gone into care as she is now blind, and wished to close her account. On her latest bill you've threatened to carry on charging her unless she moves to another provider. I called and your staff hung up on me!!!!

@TalkTalk How can I talk to a real person pls? No wifi at my home plus no signal in the area, I have had to buy external wifi bc of no signal I can not recieve verification texts / by the time I drive to get signal the verification code has expired!?!? @TalkTalk Help asap pls.
