Early in my career as an evaluator, I had this legendary lacrosse coach convince me to examine shin angles if I really wanted to know how athletic a guy is. He argued that change of direction, balance, and body control would show up in guys who could get to 30 degrees... I was skeptical at first but couldn't agree more after it continues to show up. Anybody else ever heard of this metric?

@mikefreemanNFL Lamar shouldn't need a PR firm. "Journalists" need to have integrity instead of stirring up BS cuz they want attention. The solution is flaming clickbait/BS "analysts" that use Lamar's fame to make a name for themselves. We shouldn't keep expecting Lamar to do everything.

Feels like a good time to remember this about Lamar/BAL from recent seasons. If I combine this with the 14-14 I see in an article from 2018-2022 season, I believe that makes Lamar something like 33-21 (61%) against teams with winning records that season, prior to injuries in 2025
