@DGCAIndia @IndiGo6E 4 of us scheduled to travel to Hanoi from Kolkata on May 22 on flight 6E 1631 were denied boarding because the flight was overbooked. Sadly, they declined to compensate us with 200% of the one way fare citing they aren't aware of the rule

@IndiGo6E Yes please. It was extremely disappointing - the only response to all our concerns were - "Yes Sir, we understand. But we are bound and can't do anything about it". Needless to say, all our plans have gone upside down. I do hope that to hear back soon.

I purchased a TV from the Reliance Digital Kolkata on Nov 30th. I was told that my older TV will be exchanged. Nothings happened, despite multiple calls. Pls take this as feedback for how customers are treated.
