@qatarairways #badcustomerservice I booked seats when completing my booking and these were changed by you! I have spoken to 9 ‘customer assistants’ and 2 managers who ‘can’t hear me?!’ Flying tomorrow and we have no seats even though they’ve been booked for months!

@British_Airways @Iberia_en booked my flights through BA but can’t book seats as I am flying with an infant! Apparently I’m only allowed to sit in about 4 seats with an infant, no XL seats/exit isles! Is this not discrimination? Next time will fly with other airlines #badservice
