@EurekaForbes absolutely fake warranty from Eureka forbes, being a loyal customer for almost 20yrs doesn't make sense. Bought a new Aquaguard under the impression of the warranty of one year , and the warranty covers only the technician visit , product being faulty, not covered.

Pretty shocking that builder like @oberoirealty shows a walking track in their model in Oberoi skycity Borivali but conveniently removes it post possession to use for commercial. I hope RERA creates guidelines to not allow builders to take flat owners for a ride @VishalBhargava5

Even after 7 months, the experienced team can’t solve this at Oberoi SkyCity. 5/10 times lifts are out of order. When they work, there’s a 60% chance you can’t board due to allocation issues. All thanks to some poor and silly programming. @nitinschalke @oberoirealty

@AmitMis93532571 Answer lies in weekly charts, a gap is seen in month of October 21 once that is filled we are good to go again. Maximum downside till 1065. Volumes are very low. We will see 1300 -1400 as soon as we complete this. Sometimes it is technicals which creates havoc.
