@MikeGrinnell_ @spittinchiclets Coaches "disrupt" the lineup all the time in-game in order to ignite the team. Good players naturally fit in with other good players and create instant chemistry with each other...like Tyler Bertuzzi did a few years ago with Pasta.

I think the notion Hagens could disrupt this lineup as they push for playoffs is kind of lame. They had no problem trading for Richel and tossing him in there. Hagens is the B’s best forward prospect since Pasta or even Tyler Seguin. He’ll be just fine. The team will welcome him with open arms. Toss him with Lindholm and Geekie on 3rd line. Great guys to learn from.

First of all, I don't believe the plan ever was for Hagens to return to BC. The ATO was a way for Boston to maintain a year of his ELC.
But, he could technically return to BC if ...
1) He receives NO compensation.
2) He does not represent the team in ANY competition.
