I have had visible abs since doing gymnastics in highschool, and it was not insanely hard to achieve. I stopped working out for years, and my abs were still visible. To this day I have no workout routine, and my abs are still very visible as if I work out everyday. And when decide to work on my core again, the muscles will easily become more defined within a week.
One day you guys will realize that being skinny makes muscles more visible, and they don’t just go away when you stop working out unless you gain a decent amount of weight. It is extremely possible and common for women to literally just look like that, with no routine.
