Another new brand launched successfully - following the exact Meta playbook I talk about here.
If there was one thing I would change in this - it would be how quickly you kill a test.
Because here’s the thing.
For me personally - yes I will kill a product test on day 2 if I don’t think it will work - but that’s because I’ve done this 100 times, so I know how to execute the perfect launch.
I know that all my statics will be bangers, my funnels will convert & that product-market fit will exist.
However, if you are a beginner - it will probably take you longer. In this case, I’d advise to wait at least a week before killing a test. But this doesn’t mean do nothing for 7 days - add nee creatives daily.
There are so many levers you can pull in ecom. So even if you kill a test after 7 days, it doesn’t mean you can’t structure a new offer with a different angle/avatar using the same product.
This is why statics are so powerful. You can validate fast, or you can pivot & double-down (at speed) when needed.
If you aren’t launching with 50+ statics - you’re NGMI.
THERE IS NO EXCUCE WITH AI.
Good luck & happy scaling.
[2 campaigns btw because 2 products]

Everyone is debating ABO vs CBO & everyone is switching strategies every couple of weeks.
Meanwhile, I haven’t switched my strategy in years….
Do you know why? (Hint: I’ve been telling you all for over 4 years)…
COST CAPS.
If you are using cost controls, running campaigns with inflated budgets means that your ad spend is always allocated in the most efficient way possible.
There will never be a situation where Meta has to choose between allocating spend in one place versus another (ABO vs CBO)…
Your whole ad account is optimized for budget allocation (providing you go all in on cost controls… which you should).
Your dollars will go wherever benefits your brand.
Everyone thought I was crazy when I was preaching cost caps all that time ago…. but I guess you’re all starting to realize now…

I put 5 years of building AI ecom tools into 36 pages and I'm handing it out for free because the data is too clear to keep behind a paywall
293,000+ users. 90,000+ stores. 771,000+ AI-built pages. $172M+ in revenue. every winning store follows the same AI workflow. paste a supplier link. AI builds the page in 60 seconds. test 10 per weekend at $50 each. kill monday. scale tuesday. AI-translate winners into 3-5 languages. enable one payment toggle per country. build 6 backend systems in one afternoon. the stores that print use AI to compress 6 months into 2 weeks. they sell to women 45-65 on demographics nobody under 30 relates to. they write at a 5th grade level because the AI was trained on what converts not what sounds impressive. they run on the free theme. they have zero brand and zero logo and zero followers. the stores that die do everything manually and run out of money before the 1-in-12 math works
I documented the entire AI system. every step. every tool. product research. AI pages. AI stores. demographics. testing. scaling. ads. backend. international
everything from $0 to $10K/month with AI. 36 pages

I just cracked AI ADS—and the numbers are ridiculous.
Built a pipeline using Claude (as the director) and Kling 3.0 (as the animation engine) that turns any flat product photo into a studio-quality video ad.
Hook: Explains the problem in 2 seconds.
Cost: Pennies compared to traditional UGC.
Scale: 15x your creative output overnight.
Images → Kling 3.0 video → AI voiceover → Music → Captions. One automated workflow.
Want the blueprint?
Comment “AI” and I’ll DM you the full breakdown.

fable 5 is INSANE for ugc ads
i put every prompt behind our hyper realistic ai ads into one skills library. built from 1,855 viral ads scanned, 1,204 rejected, 61 winners reverse engineered
every girl in this video came out of it. not one of them is real. under $1.20 an ad, under 15 minutes
inside the library:
the character lock that holds one face across every cut
the voice formula that never drifts between scenes
the anti ai negative stack that kills the "ai look"
the full 8 beat ad template. fill the brackets, render
a ugc creator charges $300-500 for ONE of these videos
comment "PROMPTS" and ill dm you the full library (follow so i can dm)

It took my 12mins to show a guy starting out in ecom how to build a creative ad generator.
We took 10 winning ads from his competitors and ran a prompt on them.
His agency was charging him $4,200/month for 8 ads. Cancelled them.
Now he ships 30 ads a week himself.
Comment "PROMPT" for the ad generating prompt.

I'm going to delete this post in 48 hrs...
Because I just dropped the complete system to scale from ZERO to $1,000,000 with Facebook ads.
This is the exact 3-pillar framework we use to take ecom brands from broke to million-dollar months - the same system that helped my Inner Circle student Luca hit $1.1M in 6 months.
We charge $10,000/mo to do this for clients…
But today, I'm giving it away 100% FREE.

I built 31 automations for clients last year.
Every single business - from solo founders to 50-person teams - needed some version of the same workflows.
So I documented all of them. Every workflow. Every department. And the exact plain-English prompt that builds each one in minutes.
Sales & CRM: lead capture, follow-up sequences, deal tracking, proposal generation, pipeline alerts
Marketing: social scheduling, email sequences, content repurposing, UTM tracking, review requests
Operations: invoice generation, payment reminders, inventory alerts, automated reporting
Customer Success: onboarding emails, NPS surveys, churn detection, support routing
Admin: meeting scheduling, expense tracking, document generation, approval workflows
Each one includes the specific prompt I use to build it - not vague instructions, the actual sentence I type.
Plus which 3 to start with if you want to save 10+ hours/week immediately.
Comment "PLAYBOOK" and I'll DM you the full PDF for free.

I made €35,307 in 1 day dropshipping a €39 teeth whitening serum in Germany.
With €10,289 profit, not bad.
I targeted insecurities about yellow teeth --> emotional pain point.
The product was cheap + already proven in the US market.
Like & comment “TEETH” and I’ll send you the exact funnel and breakdown.

@JimG516 @jakepaul Depends on terms. If there’s just an agreement to keep discussions confidential, no. In fact Canelo may have an argument that Jake is in breach. If there’s an agreement to fight, maybe but the proper forum may be arbitration (mentioned therein), which is private, not a lawsuit.
English

@jakepaul If the contract was signed, can Jake sue Canelo for backing out? Honest question.
