@iamrofe np. In a reverse pattern, we're using OpenAI assistants at @DotStarMedia to auto classify media requests into subject areas for PRs and produce 8-10 word summaries of the request. Allows us to simplify the request submit form, saving time for journos.

Surprised we aren’t at the point where journalists can tell their email service provider what their beat is, and AI will move all the hundreds of irrelevant pitches they get each day into a separate folder.

@JoMarieOReilly @chris_norton Hi Jo: This chart counts only posts from confirmed journalists - i.e. it excludes use of the hashtag by PRs, by media request services (there are a few of us), and any other 'noise' on the hashtag.
