@Boghuma Agree with switching! Some options include LZD+TZP, VAN+FEP+MNZ, or LZD+FEP+MNZ. Choice depends on susceptibilities, host, etc. With LZD+TZP you can call it linaze-piptaze. Added bonus! :-)
