The ave person is much larger than a pro and can put out high watt and calorie burn #s while averaging 18 mph instead of 25. This is absolutely how it works, people are just not used to suffering

@pashmr @beigepilled Lol that’s not how it works. You need a power output of more than 270 watts to burn 1k/hour. An average person gets tired faster than a pro, but the actual energy produced pedalling is still the main thing that determines calories burned.

My favourite falafel spot is Jamal’s Falafel in Oslo. Today I tried their “mix falafel”, a wrap packed with crispy and soft falafel, baba ganoush, pomegranate, hummus, parsley pickles, tomato, reddish, mint and tahini dressing. And I was called boss. Highly recommend!

That should be a long term goal, but for individuals looking ti lose weight , the best will always be to change their diet.

When skinny people eat nothing but junk food we accept genetics are far more important than diet, but when overweight people are constantly dieting, people can't accept that for some reason. They must be eating in secret or something
