If there's one lesson I've learned in coaching, it's this: people just need to know you care. We live in an increasingly transactional world that mistakes care for "softness." But genuine care is the ultimate superpower It increases resilience, shifts our stress response, and and makes people want to do the hard but necessary work.

Stephen Kinnock explains the Dublin agreement where the UK could send asylum seekers back to the first country they stepped into the EU, when we were members of the EU With Brexit, when we left the EU, we were no longer able to do that Fiona Bruce interjects and says we didn't use the Dublin agreement to do that very often, and she's right Because the Dublin agreement served as a deterrent As soon as we left the EU, the deterrent was gone, and we were longer able to use it That's also why Farage's Brexit Boats Of Asylum Seekers shot up after Brexit because they knew the UK was outside of the EU, and couldn't apply the Dublin agreement to return people

@craigbromf Didn’t have the best of games, but a sublime ball out to Knoyle for the goal.

Take the point but such a frustrating 60 minutes or so since the sending off. How Will misses that header I'll never know and most of you know I VERY rarely have a dig at our own players but George Maris had an absolute shocker. Nice team goal for the equaliser. #Stags 💛💙

@StagsAnalytics How Adam Murray isn’t in any of these comments is absolutely, and utterly, criminal.

Man in black top tears into Reform and calls out Brexit for the disaster that it is #BBCQT "I find it incredible what Richard Tice is saying" "What we've seen with Brexit, under every single metric our country is poorer" "Everything we do on the outside of that is just nibbling away at the edges" "When people say we have no money in our pockets, Brexit and what you and Nigel Farage stood for has caused that" Richard Tice, "Absolutely not" Fiona Bruce, "Hang on. Richard, you have to let people have their say" Man in black top, "When you're talking about the Indian trade deal being an issue. Hang on, I thought you said we have to trade with the rest of the world, there are big opportunities" "And as soon as there's a deal with another country, you're complaining about it" "It's hypocrisy at it's finest" "We've been duped as a nation" "Brexit was the biggest con, sanctions on ourselves, and it's affected every single facet of life" "The EU is our closest trading partner and we've lost so much because of it, and we're suffering because of it, and that's a fact" "When people say we knew what we voted for, this is what we voted for, we voted to make ourselves poorer, in the name of perceived sovereignty"

Saw this earlier and just thought it was a brilliant video, a great example of proper coaching. “You’ve gotta miss with it now to score with it when you’re older.”

@Ian_Clark_007 @mansfieldtownfc I’m genuinely not sure if the one on telly looked different 😂😂 I was coaching tonight so couldn’t get there, but it actually didn’t look that bad a performance on the tellyS

@mansfieldtownfc Hoof ball again. Completely bypassing the midfield. Vickers clearly has quality on the ball and we spent 85mins kicking it over his head.

@TheS_Resource What a brilliant thread 👏🏻 It’s high time coaches and other support staff within the game, built their own union. Time for coaches and support staff to stick together for a fair price. People don’t want the earth, just a fair reflection of their time, effort and commitment.
