@DeFede @iflymia It’s certainly one of the worst. D60 is a nightmare and I’ve seen lots of passengers with mobility issues struggling in bad weather to get up the ramps to the planes. Elevators and escalators are constantly broken. And the train. And moving walkways.

Is @iflymia the worst run airport in America? Honestly I have not been to enough airports to know for sure, but from what I’ve seen it must be one of the worst. How long is the train for the D Terminal going to be out? No one seems to know. The shuttles in D terminal are a joke.

@DeFede @iflymia Yes, MIA is the worst. Signage is terrible. Concessions are awful. TSA Precheck lines are longer than regular lines. You have to walk for miles. Long waits for luggage. Even leaving MIA is horrendous. The taxi lanes are empty. The other lanes for pick ups & Ubers are chaos.

@AmericanAir separated our 6 year old from our record locater “for upgrade purposes” then refused to add him back. After waiting 30 mins for customer service were told “nothing we can do”; asked how to file a complaint, hung up on. Glad to know that’s how they treat their EPs.

As long has humans continue to fill the roles of prosecutors, judges and jurors, there will continue to be a need for seasoned & experienced criminal defense lawyers. You can’t outsource compassion, empathy and a street lawyer’s instincts to an AI.

@GergelyOrosz These are some of the key questions we’re dealing with right now. Where does derivative work end? Were models trained in legitimate ways or did they breach terms of use? Strong indemnity provisions are a must but there is liability risk. Happy to discuss further.

A CTO at a scaleup told me they are evaluating GitHub Copilot, but they got cold feet, when looking at legal implications. E.g. can they be sued if code Copilot produces is copyrighted? What code has Copilot been trained on? Are there answers to these concerns already?
