Gen AI works for one-off ads, but is unusable for product catalogs / DPA. Ecom brands have hundreds of SKUs and are spending 50%+ ad spend on DPA. They’re being left behind. Until now. Introducing, Generative Catalogs: redesign your entire product catalog and DPA in minutes.

Big news: @Superwall acquired Tangent 🤝 4 years ago @vahebagdasar was designing paywalls for a few hundred dollars a pop & posting results to X... That turned into Tangent: → 20+ people → 5,000+ experiments → 20,000+ paywalls (literally) → $50m in added revenue → Customers like Cal AI, Eleven Labs & Hallow Superwall lets you update your paywalls & onboarding in seconds. Tangent knows exactly what to test. Now we're one company. We're also finally sharing we raised $7.5M (not recently, we just never really announced it 🙃) We were profitable before this deal, and we're evem more profitable now. We'll be deploying a ton of capital this year into growth, product & services... You're going to make a lot more money with us! Business as usual for all our customers. we will continue to support any customer, regardless of your tech stack. In fact, quite the opposite - now we can work with everyone. What @AaronOrendorff has built is sick. He built a portal that has EVERY single thing Operators has ever done, complete with transcripts, links to every episode, webinar, and past newsletter. You can be the first thing I did when I saw it was gave it to claude and had it index them for conext. I then built playbooks for the major concepts like diagnosing ad account issues, product development, GTM strategy, and more. Does anyone wanna get access? Not sure if I'm allowed to send it or not. Comment and tag @AaronOrendorff if you wanna see this and I'll convince him to package it up.

Meet Universal Ads. The first of its kind TV ads manager that lets you create, run, and scale creatives without any markups or fees. Just like you would in a social media ads manager. See how:

I am excited to announce that today is my last day as CEO of @jonesroadbeauty. I have decided to step down from my day-to-day role for a mixture of personal and professional reasons. I am incredibly proud of what we were able to accomplish in around 5 years and never thought in my wildest of dreams we would be here so quickly. This has been an incredible ride and I have learned so much from it. We built a bootstrapped, 9 figure profitable business from my hometown in NJ without any wholesale or Amazon. But I also have to be honest with myself about what I enjoy doing and also what the business needs in its next phase. I know for certain this is the right call. Professionally, I'd rather be building funnels and runnings ads than managing people and dealing with various BS that comes with being CEO. I haven't gotten to do the fun stuff in a while. For Jones Road, I know the business will be better served by an experienced CEO who has a different skillset than mine and a renewed passion for the business. This is 100% my decision and I have no shame in saying that even though I helped us get here, I am not the right person for the next phase. And on a personal level, I've poured almost everything I have into this business. I need time to step back, focus on myself, and enjoy life a little more. I am going to be moving to the board and will remain actively involved as an advisor and board member. I am not sure what's next for me. I'm going to take a bunch of time and not rush into anything. MOPS will continue of course. But I have some ideas and will continue building with AI, might take some consulting opps, and then will ponder if I want to start something of my own or take a role somewhere. Thank you to my team, family, and partners for all of your support. JRB and myself wouldnt be here without you.

Who on X has scaled TV ads to the moon profitably as a bootstrapped company? I’d pay for your time to educate me. I am going to try TV ads again (took a hiatus for 7 years). What’s driving me: + being bombarded by Vibe billboards in SF & NYC + seeing the $ROKU deal + seeing the $MNTN trading a 6x P/E (total EV) + former Goldman CEO said on Sam’s pod that he watched Netflix with ads (thought no rich person would) What shocks me is that *global* TV advertising is only $200-$270B a year. It’s so tiny. For context $META will probably do that in revenue in the next 24 to 36 months Connected TV is what is actually driving growth for the category again it seems.

18 hours into my trip in SF and I’m blown away by how many OOH ads Vibe are running in the city

Fertility can be a bitch. That’s what makes today so special for me. After struggling with infertility for years, I’m reminded every day how lucky I am to know what it’s like to be a dad. In honor of my first Father’s Day, I’d like to donate $25,000 to help with fertility journeys for people in your life. Please comment below with a link to a GoFundMe or details on how to contact you. Depending on the response, I’m hoping to donate $5k to 5 families or $2.5k to 10 different families. *If you want to help (increase the $25k), let me know!

@danpantelo @NotZainAgain @Seanfrank Haha, I first noticed it on the 1.91:1 ad format page yall have, but it’s on all the glossary pages. It’s a good resource, btw, . Kinda hard to read. Helpful for a noob like me.
