The other thing I got to see was the money wasted ordering from the designated suppliers. It used to drive my colleague mad because out of curiosity she’d price check and the suppliers were not value for money.

@danwiggins86 @robvsnature @Cai_ParryJones I spent an entire week, clearing a cupboard out in a single Jobcentre. It had thousands of out of date claim forms dating back to the 90's. They ordered forms & stationary every couple of months, whether they needed it or not. Even after claims went to phone call based! 🙄

Update on the Senedd laptops. The reason why all 96 Senedd Members get their second £2,000 laptop is because we aren't trusted to remember to bring our first £2,000 laptop into the chamber with us for plenary. As far as I'm aware, that's it. That's all the second laptop is there for. When I was in the private sector, if you couldn't be trusted to bring your work laptop into key meetings, you'd be fired.

@SBarrettBar Must be so nice to go through life and get to the age of 47 (according to Wikipedia), without having had to contend with members of the public giving you a piece of their mind. I’d dealt with worse on my own many times before I‘d turned 19. She wouldn’t have lasted a shift.

@stellacreasy Petrol stations are known to be very quiet places where you can be easily heard, aren’t they? Which thicko came up with the idea for this petrol station stunt anyway? The van driver has stolen Rachel’s limelight, so this was yet another Labour balls-up. Well done!

@beverleyturner @RachelReevesMP @labour Agreed. Petrol forecourts are hardly libraries when it comes to noise levels. Shows how out of touch Reeves and Labour are - completely unaware of the noise from the pumps, vehicles etc. Reeves’ attendance at a petrol station was a stunt at the end of the day.

How did they NOT KNOW that you CAN'T put @RachelReevesMP on a garage forecourt and expect her NOT to be heckled ??? Do @labour have NO IDEA HOW MUCH THEY ARE DESPISED ?? They no longer appeal to anyone - even those who voted for them. And that wasn't "bad manners" - it was trying to be heard. There is a difference. The common complaint is that they don't listen. Exhibit A.
