@NWA_JA We need markings on our roads. Papine, for instance, had not been resurfaced for years and had no lane markings!

Take a look back at this past project undertaken by the National Works Agency 🚧⚒️
📍Ocean Boulevard, Kingston
For 25 years the NWA has been committed to Developing Safe, Reliable and Quality Roads.

@DamienWKing There's no correlation between the team that dug up the road and the team tasked with asphalting it. Also, there's no correlation between the NWA and the NWC! @NestaJA Please give some insight into what the one road authority will be doing to address these aches and pains.

@julietcuthbert Is she a child? This is seriously disrespectful

@ronsud What if that's where gangsters are created, where even adult gangsters go to have some semblance of importance and self-worth? What if students are the major consumers of violent music?

@RobinsonConroy @RONJMOfficial I park my car sometimes and take public transport too. I get it, nobody likes calling out to the driver to stop. But honestly, your safety matters more than that moment of discomfort. If more passengers start speaking up, drivers will have no choice but to do better.
English

@das_feb03 @RONJMOfficial If unuh was taking public transportation unuh would understand why people have to take them

@NationwideRadio @AndrewHolnessJM Calling it a “retarded take” doesn’t make your argument stronger. It just avoids the point. Remote work isn’t a “COVID band-aid,” it’s a proven way to reduce congestion immediately while long-term infrastructure is being built. Both can coexist.
English

@NationwideRadio It highlights that private and public sector workers who definitely don't need to be in the office should stay home. @AndrewHolnessJM, remote work in the 21st century should be a policy for the government; it shouldn't just be a reactive solution.
English

Prime Minister Dr Andrew Holness has blamed last Friday's traffic snarl in the corporate area on outdated inadequate infrastructure across the city.

@Tropixsofficial It would serve Valiant well not to disclose to the public that he really meant it when he said, "Back a Di Class." At least do some reading, watch a ten-minute video, and see what's happening in the world around you...
English

Dancehall artiste Valiant is clearly not happy with what he is paying at the pumps.
In a post shared to his Instagram Story, the entertainer tagged Prime Minister Andrew Holness and vented about the cost of fuel, saying the gas price is “ridiculous” and making it clear he is feeling the pressure like many Jamaicans.
With fuel prices continuing to hit drivers hard, Valiant’s message is one plenty people can probably relate to right now. Do you think gas prices in Jamaica have become too much?

@Internetfrauds Who did he shoot? A member of the entourage or the tourist?
He's being charged for wounding with intent; it doesn't matter who the victim is.

The American tourist getting shot is what’s gonna fuck him up tbh
Jamaica Observer@JamaicaObserver
Podcaster Jhaedee “Jaii Frais” Richards has been charged with shooting with intent and using a prohibited weapon to commit a felony. The charges come after police were given a deadline to either charge or release him by 6:00 p.m. on Friday, following an incident that left him and two others nursing gunshot wounds after a carnival event in St Andrew on Sunday night. Richards, who is represented by attorney-at-law Isat Buchanan, has been in police custody since the shooting incident.
