MSTR hit an all-time high of $543 on November 20, 2024 when BTC was at $94,300. That was almost one year ago. At the time MSTR owned approximately 331,200 BTC. They have since acquired an additional 305,305 BTC and now hold 636,505 BTC total. That's over 3% of all the bitcoin that will ever exist. Bitcoin is up 19% since MSTR's all-time high, while MSTR stock is down 39% over the same time frame. So how can it be that: 1. MSTR owns almost twice as much BTC today than when it hit an all-time high 2. The common stock dilution has been accretive in BTC per share terms 3. Bitcoin is up 19% since MSTR's all-time high But the common stock doesn't reflect any of these bullish factors? Who's got a good explanation for what's going on with the common stock price?

Most of you would not have made it through the bear market without Michael Saylor constantly holding your hand and walking you through the bull narrative on institutional adoption, FASB, ETFs, etc. He coined the term "bitcoin treasury company". He laid everything out and did a thousand podcasts in 4 years. It is incredible how the tide turns so quickly against him when the price of MSTR changes. It happens every single fucking time. All out war with each other and sentiment takes a shit. Bitcoin isn't even 10% off the top. I miss the bear market, at least everyone who was on X had some fucking nuts. We all held from the top, sold nothing and had recurring wet dreams about $100,000 Bitcoin. You think sentiment was good at $16,000. That was some dark shit during the Biden administration. That took some serious fucking conviction. Saylor built his fusion reactor, Strategy, during a dark fucking bear market and y'all can't give him credit because his company didn't perform well over the last month. This is weak and a lot of y'all are pathetic, bitcoin is barely moving and half of my timeline is calling the top in bitcoin treasury companies and bitcoin. Maybe a major flush out is needed, definitely not a lot of serious hodlers on here anymore or this entire space is filled with bots trying to destroy sentiment. I honestly don't know what to say anymore. The truth is, it doesn't matter if the top is in or not because serious hodlers are not selling. You'll get it one day.

@TheBTCTherapist Plenty of haters out there, but $MSTR is a long play. Some are pulling for ETH/ALTs now—I think that’s a bad long-term move. Saylor addressed the issue on the earnings call. Now’s not the time to bail on $MSTR.

Bitcoin is at all time highs and MSTR is trading under $400. Is the Strategy flywheel broken or is the most hated rally of all time coming?

Responses: “It’s a Ponzi scheme.” “It’s not a company with cash flows and products.” “My $NVDA outperformed Bitcoin.” “It’s too volatile to be a currency.” “It uses too much energy.” *They capitulated on this one when I asked if they’re okay with AI energy use. “Who created it? Nobody even knows. What if Satoshi were to come back.” “You can’t do anything with a Bitcoin.” “I’m too late.” Sigh.
