misses a lot of school due to pain so another 4 days of sickness didn't help. Maybe, instead of making light of it, we should have simple infection reduction measures like staying home when ill (inc children), ventilation in schools & hospitals, and masking in high risk areas. 2/

@annesmithmcc @MumsnetTowers @UKHSA He goes to a special provision school with only 24 kids there and many have. I found out the windows don't even open! He's there because he missed over a year of school because of anxiety disorder, now missing many days because of severe back pain.

A @MumsnetTowers contributor saying she was a big anti lockdown, Covid is a cold kind of person right up until it ruined her health in 2024. If only @UKHSA could do their job and warn the general public, it wouldn’t be a case of everyone having to find out the truth this way 🤬

@_CatintheHat My aunt and uncle have covid now that they caught visiting someone in hospital. My son has it, caught from school & has now had to postpone an operation because we chose to test & postpone a pre-op scan tomorrow. Been waiting a year for this op. The classroom windows dont open!
