Part 5: attorneys violating the law. Texas attorney Scott Browne is one of the worst but is happens with many attorneys. In this situation the law requires specific things for a subpoena, and yet Scott Browne, who went to law school, issues blatantly illegal subpoenas without the necessary requirements. These attorneys are getting paid well to follow the law and yet some of them intentionally disregard the law. Should they even be able to keep their license? You failed this child, this pitbull had already killed another dog before. Why did you allow her to have the dog back? Why was she not charged previously? Why is the dog not put down already?
