Why is it that CNN is afraid to talk about how NOAA alters and fabricates temperature data?

@NewPositivism Shewchuk stayed with the same stations even though some of them were closed and moved, even though they weren't evenly distributed (which he didn't account for). And he never disclosed that he just took averages, which is simply wrong.
