Last quarter I rolled out Microsoft Copilot to 4,000 employees. $30 per seat per month. $1.4 million annually. I called it "digital transformation." The board loved that phrase. They approved it in eleven minutes. No one asked what it would actually do. Including me. I told everyone it would "10x productivity." That's not a real number. But it sounds like one. HR asked how we'd measure the 10x. I said we'd "leverage analytics dashboards." They stopped asking. Three months later I checked the usage reports. 47 people had opened it. 12 had used it more than once. One of them was me. I used it to summarize an email I could have read in 30 seconds. It took 45 seconds. Plus the time it took to fix the hallucinations. But I called it a "pilot success." Success means the pilot didn't visibly fail. The CFO asked about ROI. I showed him a graph. The graph went up and to the right. It measured "AI enablement." I made that metric up. He nodded approvingly. We're "AI-enabled" now. I don't know what that means. But it's in our investor deck. A senior developer asked why we didn't use Claude or ChatGPT. I said we needed "enterprise-grade security." He asked what that meant. I said "compliance." He asked which compliance. I said "all of them." He looked skeptical. I scheduled him for a "career development conversation." He stopped asking questions. Microsoft sent a case study team. They wanted to feature us as a success story. I told them we "saved 40,000 hours." I calculated that number by multiplying employees by a number I made up. They didn't verify it. They never do. Now we're on Microsoft's website. "Global enterprise achieves 40,000 hours of productivity gains with Copilot." The CEO shared it on LinkedIn. He got 3,000 likes. He's never used Copilot. None of the executives have. We have an exemption. "Strategic focus requires minimal digital distraction." I wrote that policy. The licenses renew next month. I'm requesting an expansion. 5,000 more seats. We haven't used the first 4,000. But this time we'll "drive adoption." Adoption means mandatory training. Training means a 45-minute webinar no one watches. But completion will be tracked. Completion is a metric. Metrics go in dashboards. Dashboards go in board presentations. Board presentations get me promoted. I'll be SVP by Q3. I still don't know what Copilot does. But I know what it's for. It's for showing we're "investing in AI." Investment means spending. Spending means commitment. Commitment means we're serious about the future. The future is whatever I say it is. As long as the graph goes up and to the right.

After a deep dive on a topic with an LLM, I'm finding myself wrapping up the conversation with a simple ask: "Now quiz me to make sure I understand this." Without that, I feel like I'm watching a cooking show. Feeling like I can make the dish because I watched someone else make it, but later realizing I have no fucking idea how to actually make it. Sometimes information alone is enough when I need a quick fact check, but when I really want to understand I have to check myself with a quiz to make sure I'm not just pseudo-understanding because I watched something else effortlessly spit out the information in front of me. "I watched it do it" is not the same as "I understand it".

Claude + Facebook Ads MCP is legitimately insane 🤯 This MCP integration turns Claude into a full-stack ads analyst. Generates complete client reports with one prompt. Perfect for agencies & e-comm brands buried in Facebook Ads Manager data. The problem: Building client reports manually is brutal. You're exporting CSVs, calculating metrics, creating charts, formatting slides, all for data that's outdated by the time you finish. This Claude MCP setup solves it: → Direct connection to your Facebook Ads account → Pull any performance data with natural language prompts → Auto-calculates ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates → Generates visual charts and breakdowns instantly → Creates formatted reports with insights + recommendations → All built in real-time from a single prompt No manual exports. No spreadsheet wrestling. No outdated reports. What you can generate: → Account-level performance summaries → Campaign and ad set breakdowns → Demographic and placement analysis → Custom date ranges and comparisons → Actionable optimization recommendations Built with Claude MCP. Want the complete setup guide? > Comment "MCP" > Like this post And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

SORA 2 + Claude + Perplexity is absolutely WILD This combo is absolutely insane for generating videos that actually convert. No agencies. No production crews. No creative directors charging $500/hour. Just three AI tools working together like a professional video team. Here's how it works: → Perplexity researches your product + competitors + winning ad angles → Claude analyzes research and writes 10+ video prompts optimized for conversion → Sora 2 generates multiple video variations from Claude's prompts → Claude scores each video against psychological triggers and platform requirements → Best performers get refined and regenerated automatically Perfect for brands testing creative at scale without burning budget. The power is in the combo: Perplexity = market intelligence most creative teams miss Claude = prompts that understand psychology and platform algorithms Sora 2 = production quality that looks like you spent $5K per video While others are briefing agencies for next month's content, you're testing 50 variations this afternoon. Compare different angles. Find what converts. Scale immediately. Like, RT + reply with "SORA" and I'll DM the complete 3-tool system (Must be following so I can DM) Skip this and keep paying agencies $20K/month for 5 videos.

I automated 90% of our agency's operations in under 12 months. Went from 80-hour weeks to just 35. Here's how I built a system that runs without us: 1/ As a founder, I didn't want to be stuck in the same loop anymore: - Working weekends - Answering Slack at midnight - Hiring more people just to stay afloat Then I stepped back and reengineered the entire operation. 2/ Over 18 months, I built a system that runs our agency like clockwork. It didn't just save time—It changed everything: - Cut 40+ hours/week of manual ops - Onboard clients in 60 seconds - Spot churn risks a month in advance - Scaled revenue 4X 3/ Here's what I automated: → Client comms with AI agents → Internal workflows across every service line → A real-time dashboard for tracking ops & revenue → Instant client onboarding flows → Predictive analytics for churn & upsells 4/ This isn't something I learned from just anywhere. It came from years of hands-on experience — trying, failing, optimizing. Now? My agency runs smoother than ever. I'm no longer the bottleneck. And you don't need to be either. 5/ I've packaged this into the complete automation blueprint for founders. - How to start automation - Core processes to automate - Worth $7,500+ in consulting fees But for the next 24 hours? I'm giving it away free. Want the founder’s automation blueprint FREE? 👉 RT+ Like & Comment "AUTOMATE" And I'll DM it to you. No opt-in, No BS (24 hours only)

What if we were producing top performing landing pages that are converting over 10%? Your lower conversion rate is costing you thousands. Average landing page conversion rate: 2.35% Top 10% landing page conversion rate: 11.45% Let’s say you’re driving 10,000 people to your landing page each month. And your AOV is $47 Revenue with an average landing page: $11,045 Revenue with an optimised landing page: $53,815 CRO just made you $42,770 Over the course of 12 months: $513,240 (extra) Good news: We just put together an in-depth guide with - Essential sections found in LPs built for conversion and best-in-class examples - Examples of different styles of landing pages, key benefits, and why you should use them - A swipe file of over 80 landing pages from 10+ niches - A landing page checklist - A bunch of examples of our work A landing page isn’t just a page, it’s a sales funnel in disguise. It needs to be designed to match the energy and intent of your ads while making the purchase process as frictionless as possible. Want the board?
