@CooperativeBank Someone paid money into a USD account I had with you until you closed all USD accounts last year. The money isn't being refunded, can someone help with this?

@CooperativeBank Can you confirm, at least, that all USD business accounts were closed last year, so to prove to the sending bank there can't be an account to send to?

@davidjgraph Thanks for getting back to me David. The account would need to be active for a payment to be received. If the money isn't in the sender's account, they'll need to ask their bank to raise a trace on the payment. Just let me know if there's anything else I can help you with. - Dan

@CooperativeBank It was a business account, as you know, all USD business accounts were closed last January (2018), I think. The payment was made a month again.

@VJelincic @hhoover draw.io does work on @onedrive , but the sharing permissions offered by @googledrive protect your document privacy better.

@hhoover I’d jump to O365 in a flash if it offered Visio for a reasonable price. Otherwise, gdocs+draw.io is the deal.
